Saskatchewan’s plan for affordable, reliable power generation may require coal-fired generation beyond 2030. Steven Guilbeault says that would be illegal. Here’s my response to that.

I mean you could work with the Feds to help secure green energy investments like other provinces do or you could shrug and give up before starting.

@darryldjd You know what's cheaper than coal? Solar and wind. Add battery storage for reliability, and away you go. Cheap, reliable power. Time to upgrade your power grid from the equivalent of flints and bearskins!

I am sure you are ignoring the fact that many green energy solutions are a lot cheaper than gas or coal. Don't let facts slow you down though. It's not about saving money but whose pockets get the taxpayer dollars.
