@coffeebreak_YT Excellent description of the DISCLOSED RISK TRADE that is STRC/SATA. RISK IS OMNIPRESENT.

@coffeebreak_YT I watched the whole video. Coffee is so far off, I got a Diet Coke right after. Jeff, you kept your poise. Congrats.

@IIICapital @coffeebreak_YT This is hilarious. Jeff is calm, speaking slowly and intelligently, clear in his thoughts. Coffee is flustered, emotional, confused and dare I say…bewildered. You love to see it.

@coffeebreak_YT My neighbor works at Statefarm He told me they get 33,000 claims per day on average. They pay claims with their cash reserves and investment income. If Statefarm isn't a Ponzi neither is Strategy. It's very easy to understand.

@coffeebreak_YT You crushed this Jeff. Handled it perfectly. Respectful, but also stood your ground to get the truth out there.

@coffeebreak_YT The difference here is that Jeff sees $BTC as a legit liquid asset and Coffeezilla doesn’t. That was a great chat IMO.

@coffeebreak_YT Im genuinely wondering why @coffeebreak_YT thought it would be a good idea to go on the pod. He isn’t even close to being able to debate something like this. He either 1) Wanted clicks 2) Full of himself 3) Both

@coffeebreak_YT I listened to this... @coffeebreak_YT doesn't understand ₿itcoin, and all the people buying ASST and MSTR do. He said he thinks we are on the right side of the adoption curve and we actually are on the left. He thinks the $1.3T MC of ₿ is a lot, and we think it's a little.

Great job explaining the digital credit markets. @PunterJeff The part that prevents critics from getting it is not having the underlying belief in Bitcoin, the base layer. As Jeff explained, “we are underwriting bitcoin” and so if you don’t believe in it, you just can’t get it.

@coffeebreak_YT "I have a compound interest calculator." SATA is a non-compounding liability. Every year the spread on SATA is positive, the breakeven CAGR for the bitcoin purchased with it decreases.

@coffeebreak_YT I just got to the part where you're smiling cause @coffeebreak_YT doesn't understand that the reserves ARE the assets in insurance. And the "real profits" are.... yield against capital. Insurance is just a leveraged capital market. Your little smile. 🤣 OK back to the show.

@coffeebreak_YT Insurance example seems to be a checkmate I pay insurance premiums in exchange for a future cash flow. I buy STRC in exchange for a future cash flow Same concept different structure

@Aureliushodl21 @coffeebreak_YT These two just aren’t in the same league. Coffee is hung up on wording because he feels the risk is misled, while acknowledging that all risks are actually disclosed. Jeff is running laps around him. Well done, Punter.

You are the best person to have this convo. Will watch the entire thing. I find it so interesting nowadays that so many people online, Coffeezilla included I just learned, have this “personality”. He is rightfully sceptical, but instantly seeing these emotional interruptions doesn’t help factual discourse. But will the entire vid.

Excellent conversation @PunterJeff. Really difficult when you have @coffeebreak_YT shouting over you every 2 minutes. That dude is so loud! None of his arguments / fears stack up. He thinks that the bigger SATA gets, the more chance it has of blowing up?? What he doesn't understand is that if SATA is successful, all of that capital flows into Bitcoin, which increases your enterprise value, so if the amplification stays the same level, the risk level is the same. Loved your point about Ford issuing 30 year bonds at 6%. I think it's incredible how people are misunderstanding how the world is changing. They see AI agents, they see driverless vehicles, they see humanoid robots, but they still think that a buying a 6% bond from 20th century car manufacturer is less risky than buying a 13% perpetual stock whose company holds billions of dollars worth of the worlds most finite digital asset that will power the future capital markets in a new digital age.

Clearly @coffeebreak_YT doesn’t truely understand the problem with Fiat Currency, so anything downstream of self custody Bitcoin will look like a scam to him. He is not truely trying and he just WANTS digital credit to be a scam. This was such an annoying and disrespectful response from Coffee to Jeff.

If you haven’t watched yet it goes like this : Jeff lays out every risk possible and the companies operations. Coffezilla: “BUT BUT BUT” *starts backtracking* Jeff dunks more legit facts showing how incredible the risk profile is. Coffeezilla: “BUT BUT BUT”. Good god. Good on you Jeff that was painful. Extreme bewilderment will continue into perpetuity alongside divine’s getting paid. :)

@coffeebreak_YT Two logical fallacies of Coffeezilla: 1) Redefining the term “Ponzi”, though acknowledging in this conversation that he is misusing this legally defined term. 2) Bitcoin will not go up forever. Studying “The Bitcoin Standard” by @saifedean will clear up those misconceptions.

@coffeebreak_YT One claim made: “The more STRC is sold, the more Bitcoin needs to go up!” This appears to be a logical fantasy, because with every new STRC Preferred Share being sold, new bitcoin is being bought, the “old Bitcoin” does not need to fund the yield payments of the new STRC Shares.

From the first moment Coffeezilla started talking about Strategy I had this feeling that he just took permabears and naysayers bait seriously only to find out he is standing against a bunch of bitcoin maxis with a working math model and digged himself into something he never faced before. A no-scam environment. No scams, no shitcoins, no wishful thinking. All things transparent. All numbers visibly on the website. All cashflows reported beyond any regulatory rules. All criticism reflected. Saylor has this scammer vibe. He acts more like a church leader than a financial persona. He baits the enemies with low effort AI slop. He makes ridiculous rhetorical claims about Bitcoin. But yeah....if he baits you and you say "PONZI" about a company sitting on a pile of money, literal opposite of ponzi, you lost. You will only find a comfort around other losers who failed the test. Ponzi schemes do not have a visible, transparent, audited pile of money which can be freely used to pay any obligations for the next decade. What about future? Who the fuck knows. Let me know when there is not enough money to pay dividends. But I can see a higher risk in people not buying iPhone or not using Google than Strategy not being able to push a button to pay a dividend out of money they are sitting on.
