Satisfying drywall repair idea

Saw this GREAT STUFF Big Gap Filler foam sealant. 16oz 2-pack with quick stop straw. Looks useful for filling big gaps and insulating. Anyone use this for home repairs? How did it work?

I served my time as a plasterer and I love doing repairs like this over full wall skimming. Very satisfying.

Used that stuff to seal a massive gap around an old pipe in the basement, and it expanded way more than I expected, filled it perfectly.
