Around 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash involving a Jaguar that slammed into the rear of a school bus and became wedged underneath it. Authorities said there were no students on board at the time of the collision. The bus driver was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Video of the incident shows the Jaguar driver failing to slow down as the school bus approached a bus stop. The driver was cited for following too closely.

A Muslim woman watching said he was praying in the wrong direction and that he obviously had mental issues. Right after this video a bus pulls up, he demands to get on and the bus driver let him only to drop them off right around the corner cops did not show up. He runs back to the spot.

🚨 STOP FOR PEDESTRIANS! 🚨 While patrolling in Highlands Ranch, Traffic Deputy Montgomery witnessed a vehicle slow down for a bicyclist waiting to cross at a crosswalk, but instead of stopping, the driver accelerated through without yielding. Deputy Montgomery conducted a traffic stop and discovered the vehicle’s registration had also expired… back in 2023! The driver was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian and expired registration. 🚶🚴 Reminder: When someone is waiting to cross at a crosswalk, whether on foot or on a bike, they have the right of way.
