Damn it ! Now I have to keep my gym membership

I got off my blood pressure meds after Sauna bathing about 3 days a week

Not to mention the mental benefits of overcoming hard things. I’m usually fine until the last few minutes and have to force myself to calm down and endure.

Any studies or an opinion as it relates to kids using a sauna? Is there an age where sauna use can benefit kids?
