That's really a good advice. To de stress I mostly journal my thoughts, my life, my experiences and problems, then I go for meditation either walking in nature or sitting below a tree to connect more with myself and reach the root cause or the potential solutions to my stress and I mostly find two conclusions — either the solution itself or the fact that my stress is because of something I've no power over, something external, people, situations or anything outside me that's not because of me and I simply accept it. Peace.
