VAR probably has a mandate to let referees feel they’re right most of the time. It was a penalty for both challenges but the first penalty means they don’t equalise and Maguire isn’t in a situation where he needs to make the challenge to the Bournemouth penalty. Decisions change games 100%

Look at what they use to judge the same incident. In the amad's foul they said it's soft. In the evanilison's foul they said maguire was nowhere near the ball. If they had Judged it equally, they will end up with the same result. Now that's why they are so inconsistent.

What thing that's clear is that, the VAR is not there to get decisions right, they are there to arrange the game the way they want it to go.. Epl has an advance match fixing that will be unravelled in time.. Maybe not soon but it will eventually.

Obviously the PGMOL has something against United. The ref also does not want to give United a second penalty and appear “weak”. Inconsistency, bias. And the refs obviously don’t even run or play the game. That kind of drag and pull will bring anyone down.

Players and coaches should be granted more power. This bullshxt needs to stop. A coach should be able to call time outs and challenge these ridiculous calls.

This system was brought to the game to minimize errors eliminate controversies. Right now, it seems to be maximizing the errors and creating more controversies FAPGMOL and EPL gurrus are selling games and determining results and championships

It’s no longer what it used to be, standards have dropped , with officiating the game, player performance and not worth the money as a fan. football used to be the game for the poor - its ain’t that way any more.

Ultimately these things need to ALL be reviewed at pitchside by the ref. For consistency only one man should be accountable for a decision and that's the ref.

Not to mention that the defender does in fact rake his right foot down Amads right calf. There is lower body contact. So they got that wrong also.

The problem is everyone hates united so agree with whatever if it goes against them, but then start crying when it happens to their team.
