"Say Jai Shree Ram." "No one chanted. Complete silence." 🤣 These people have no basic sense that devotion does not mean forcing others to chant religious slogans on the roadside. Why make a mockery of your own religion? At least learn the basic ethics of faith.

Religious freedom should never come at the cost of public safety. This man is still flexing a large lethal sharp blade in the name of religion in public. The ban on large and sharp kirpans should be implemented immediately. No one should lose their life because dangerous weapons are carried in public under religious exemptions. Respect for faith and respect for life can coexist. There are ways to honor religious traditions without putting others at risk. No more deaths in the name of religious freedom. Public safety must come first.

This is footage from the "Emergency Anti-ICE Protest" in Asheville NC. I could not find a single person of color protesting here tonight, not one. I’d say at least 75% of the people were both white and over the age of 60... Why is it mostly old white people at these things?!!

Does the APC in Lagos have any sense of decency or competence? Why should everyone on the Island be trapped in traffic simply because of your summit at TBS? This is utterly ridiculous. Madness, even. First, you have a Commissioner for Transport, you control LASTMA, and you have the RRS under your influence, yet you still cannot manage simple traffic flow around your own event? Secondly, between Marina and Bonny Camp, there are several parking facilities — both public and private. Doesn’t common sense suggest that arrangements should have been made with these parking lots so buses conveying your members could park properly while traffic continues to flow? Is basic competence too much to ask for? Shame on all of you.

This was an inflection point for me yesterday when I became a part of Paramhansa Yoganada Charitable Trust in Vrindavan - an organisation working for the welfare of the widows Visiting there made me realise that there is no definition of “enough” for each one of us in life. Whatever we have is a dream for many others. Being content is the primary goal for me at least Having a good house to live and basic needs fulfilled, will try my best to parlay my trading gains for the lives of others. It had been a life-changing day for me…
