I would have been in favour of your comment had it been posted 5-6 years back. But now they are working as good as leading private banks. I am holding 2 accounts in SBI and the communication, TAT for every service is very apt.

SBI has a customer base of more than 53 Crores, which is more than one-third of the population of the country. Staff Shortage adds to the problems. Technology related problems are not within employees’ hands. Lunch for just half an hour is taken which is a basic human right.

I had gone to SBI for my wife's work. They did my work within half an hour despite heavy footfall. Not all employees are same. Almost 80% government organisations have five days, inko bhi mil jaye kya hi ho jayega. Digital India ka Zamana hai.

You have no clue about the ground reality of employees in SBI. There is acute shortage of staff and humongous sales targets. Tell the govt to provide appropriate number of staff and remove sales, then only expect proper service. Main Culprit is the ambani adani puppet govt.
