Scary but good parenting

Babys/toddlers short circuit something in your brain. Women who'd cross the road if they saw you alone smile and say hi, you're basically invisible to cops and so on.

Land of fear instead of free.

As a parent we do the heavy chats now and again but only so they’re primed for me pointing out dodgy people and situations. Kids need to know it’s not disrespectful to THINK someone is a pedo. I find that stories and humour are the best tool for softening the harsh realities.
