It’s running shoes designed for performance not an every day life design , I’m not wearing my soccer boots to the grocery shop 🧐

My favorite running/walking/daily wear pair is the 2018 Nike Free RN. I bought 2 extra pairs to have for when my first pair get trashed. FlyNit upper. SO comfortable.

Except the Vapor Fly made all the runners faster. 🤦‍♂️

I understand that a healthy foot is a wide foot. But is it the most optimal/best in terms of competition & athletics? Cause im pretty sure all the top athletes have a narrow foot. athlete with a widefoot. Usain bolt, lebron, to name a few.
