The BBC Sci-Fi show Doctor Who has had some truly brilliant writers and acting. Steven Moffat wrote some of his best work for Peter Capaldi, because he knew he had the talent and gravitas to pull it off. This scene from Zygon Inversion would have won him an Oscar in a movie.
