Dominion voting machines aren't the only machines compromised, ES&S machines have the same issues and features. Dominion also has machines that are able to scan and mark ballots after the last time a voter touches their ballot. They can even change the settings to mimic a human to purposely not fill in the bubble neatly when selecting a candidate.
