Reporter: It does raise some questions about the logic behind the tariffs in the first place. The fact that Trump is walking back those tariffs really undermines his own argument that it's only foreigners that pay the tariffs and that consumers are not going to be hurt. Now we have a situation where the White House is arguing that removing tariffs will lower prices on groceries. It's kind of hard to make sense of.
