The Pelvic Whip👇 A Big League pitcher’s pelvis can rotates faster that 900 Degrees per second To maximize that speed with proper timing, many of our athletes and coaches like the feeling of keeping the pelvis closed THEN Exploding! BUT, if the front side groin is tight, the lead leg will just drag the pelvis open which is a much slower version of pelvic rotation To get around this, some guys land in a valgus position (Knee Caved in) on the front leg since you don’t need full Adductor Range of Motion to do this. And Some step across body which can also work around this. This Test / Exercise To see how your groin affects your pelvis, hold your knee out while performing this exercise. You will know immediately if this affects you or not! 👊

I really want to talk to you about self-confidence with this short video as well as the importance we give to the way people look at us. It may seem silly, but do you see this very simple example that you've never seen me talk to you in a story? Why? Because I have this deep feeling that if I start talking to you, you will abandon me because the myth that is built, even involuntarily, will be destroyed. I would love to talk to you, but it really scares me. The ironic thing is that for me, it's less frightening to show you a bit of skin than to address you with words. Sometimes we really do lose our minds...

Big news. South Korean government has unveiled the 'Laser based Anti-Aircraft Weapon Block-I' for the first time, and it's awesome footage. it's about to deploy it to the Army very soon. It's a 20kW class fiber laser system with a proper size and cost that can be placed easily. Korea's high-ranking research centers are now developing ultra high-power femto laser plasma technology for laser weapons systems. Block-III is also being developed, which is also applicable to military ships as naval versions and plans to have anti-ballistic missile capabilities. This will ensure Korea's low altitude defense along with the '40mm Automated Air Defense System', LAMD-I, LAMD-II, and CIWS-II.

Do you walk when you play golf? If so, do you use a push cart or carry your clubs? If you're doing either, you should definitely give an electric cart a try. It's a total game changer. Using an electric cart is so much easier than carrying or pushing. You’ll have way more energy by the end of the round. For me, that's huge because when my legs get tired, my swing and contact suffer. Plus, I still get all my steps in, which is why I love walking when I play. Sure, you can carry your clubs. I sometimes do that for a quick nine holes. And yes, a manually powered push cart works too. But it's like playing golf in non-waterproof shoes—it’s possible, but keeping your feet dry is so much nicer. That’s how I feel about an electric cart. I can play without one, but having one makes the experience so much better. I love how much more energy I have at the end of the round when I use an electric cart. 🚨The Clarity Act just made it out of committee. THAT IS A WIN, no question. And yes, I believe American-made digital assets like $XRP $HBAR $XLM $ONDO $TEL $ZBCN $ADA $LINK $ALGO and others will benefit over the long term. BUT SLOW DOWN! This does not mean you sell your house and lever yourself to the moon. This is not the finish line. This is the warm-up lap. There is still more work ahead. The Senate still has to debate it, vote on it, and work through the rest of the process. Then it goes to the President’s desk. And even after that, the real regulatory work begins. So yes, enjoy the progress. Raise a glass tonight if you want. But do not bet the farm. The rails are being built. This is a long-term shift. Do not expect straight-up price action from here. There can still be shakeouts. There can still be pullbacks. There can still be downtrends that test your conviction. But if you zoom out and look at the bigger picture, the direction still looks up to me. That is why I keep saying patience matters. Clarity will not reward the most emotional people. It will reward the people who stay focused long enough to let the thesis play out. Do you have the guts to think long term and hold for generational gains? 👇

If you think pre season is a joke then you have no idea how difficult it is for players to stay in shape and most of this training are connected to how the team wants to play during the season. This is what the first few days in the pre season looks like and medicals like blood test, flexibility check, mobility test, VO2Max test, and the heart test to see if the heart is healthy. My personal view on pre season test is that I hated the VO2Max test and if you are not fit enough the pass the test which usually last for just 15 minutes. When I was at Vitesse Arnhem and Red star Belgrade my medicals took 3days to be completed and it was the longest I ever had. If you don't take your off season trainings seriously you will be exposed on the first day of pre season test and you will be in trouble with the coach.

It's important to know that the Thing which is sometimes called a "camel spider" is better called a solpugid or solifugid. It's not a spider at all. It has no venom glands, and kills prey by crunching them up with their massive jaws (the most powerful for their size of any animal). A really big one can nip you, and probably draw blood if you let it hang on long enough. But no venom of any sort. They just look super scary. I kept one as a pet for a while but it was a pretty terrible pet because all it wanted to do was escape the terrarium 24/7. Spiders, scorpions, and mantises are way more chill.

As a business owner. This is my website overview over the last 90 days. And this excludes sales from My 9 distributors. The physical cash made from my walk in sale that had a lot of turnup and also daily walk in shop sales. This is just website purchases. Not that I care if anyone looks up to me. But this comment makes it look like there’s nothing worth learning from me? A girl can’t be business minded and funny simultaneously?😭 This is 1/3 of my businesses. The dashboard shows a significant increase in sale as compared to last year. So what’s there not to look up to? Mind you my products cost between 45 to 80gh. Do you know how many you have to sell in 90 days to get that? Now as a beat maker. Who has the knowledge on who people should look up to. Can I see what inspiration your fellow beat makers can pick from you to keep them pushing? Im sure we all want to learn.😄 Mine is down here👇🏻

I don't want young kids who look up to the Springboks to think that it's OK to eye gouge someone, because it's not, but unfortunately mistakes happen and I made a big one for which I'm sorry. But I'd like to answer the question - why did you do such a thing? It was a mistake caused by my reaction and other factors that played a role. Slide 1: The scuffle was basically over when Wales #7 struck me with an open hand to my chin/neck area, you can see me looking at the Assistant Referee and waiting for a reaction from him (it happened fast and it's understandable that he didn't see it) without reacting yet, I got another pull on my jersey, before I go in with the similar type of action. Slide 2: You can clearly see my first point of contact is against his shoulder with an open hand, just like he did, except he got me on the chin. Another thing worth mentioning, when he struck me, I was standing still with not a lot of movement or players trying to get involved. When I went for the same open hand towards his shoulder, you'll see 2 Welsh players changing the dynamic of the entire picture as well as one of my teammates pulling Wales #7 around his neck away from my hand and where my force is going. Slide 3: Another Camera Angle So why did I post this? To try and show people how everything happened and that it was never intentional. I would never do something like this on purpose, I know what the consequences will be after playing rugby for a few years. Thanks to everyone that stood by me and thought the best of me. I'm sorry for letting you and the game down. That was my first red card since I started playing. I want it to be my last. To the people that were angry and upset with my actions, I understand - because it didn't look good on the slow motion replay and hopefully you've got a bit more context now.

After 50 hours, God of war Sons of Sparta Platinum 100% is done! Full thoughts: - The game gets better and better the more you play - Boss fights where awesome - Fun to see Kratos as a kid but also wish you could play sections in 2D as the adult - OST is incredible - From a Metroivania point of view it's decent, it's not the best but also not the worst - From a god of war perspectively it's definitely better, it has a lot of old school stuff - Side stuff where ok, mostly not needed - I really like the art style, playstation definitely needs more different art styles Basically there are 2 sides here, if you're a god of war fan then obviously this is a must play since it adds to the lore, story and pure fun. So that way worth asking price However if you're a Metroivania super fan or casual GOW fan then better to wait for a sale if you want to play it. Either way, it's a fun game and Sony needs imo more of these "smaller" scale games.

Just about an hour ago, I pitched the same business to the same particular organization, and the chairperson said, “Spirit, let’s get to work immediately on this; this is a big one.” What changed three years ago vs. today? ♟️Audience. My Point: There is an audience for everything. It requires wisdom to understand wisdom. The music is nothing if the audience is deaf. So why give up when you can just convince yourself that you are yet to be heard or seen by the right people? What was treated as useless three years ago is the same thing the same organization is saying: “This will put us on the map in the whole of Africa.” I made it possible. You too can. Happy July🥃.
