Big Expose A major portion of medicines bought by the Delhi Govt are not reaching hospitals. Instead, medicines are being distributed only in papers and files. Large-scale siphoning of medicines is happening. The Delhi Govt bought medicines for Rs 400 crores but they did not reach hospitals. We had earlier exposed that Delhi Govt hospitals are buying medicines with MRP written on them. That makes it easy to divert the hospital medicines to the open market and sell them. Earlier in the AAP Govt, medicines procured via CPA had no MRP printed and had the print “Delhi Govt Supplies, Not for Sale”.
