Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw a dude tagging the building at 3rd Ave & Pike St. He did not give a rip and shoppers kept walking by like it was normal. Hopefully with a new common sense city council, Mayor Bruce Harrell will be able to get some funding for anti-graffiti kits so neighbors and biz owners can help wipe out the ugliness across the city.
