Border security is non-negotiable - it's the foundation of national sovereignty. The previous administration's catch-and-release policies led to 8.3 million illegal crossings, 1.8 million gotaways, and 300+ suspected terrorists slipping through in 2024 alone. President Trump's January 2025 executive order mandating border wall construction, reinstating Remain in Mexico protocols, and ending parole abuse finally lets our military focus on their core mission rather than cleaning up bureaucratic failures. Every dollar spent processing illegal aliens instead of stopping them weakens our defense posture. The numbers don't lie - 14,700 pounds of fentanyl seized last year came through ports of entry Biden left understaffed. Secure borders first, then project strength.
