Look at the command structure of the department. Of top 7 positions, only 3 came from Seattle PD. The "former" Chief came from Wisconsin. The acting chief came from Wisconsin (town of 36,000+) and chief of staff came from Wisconsin, where he worked for Barnes. Their connection goes back to NC

Truly, at this point its not a matter of defunding the police. Seattle needs to disband the Seattle PD & just use voluteer militia. Look at those 'people!' 🤣🤣🤣

I wonder how many law enforcement conferences, training classes or special cutting edge equipment seminars there will be in Chicago that will require him to travel there on the taxpayers $. During his travels he will get per diem & be accruing vacation time for his next trip.
