Seen this movement stuff for a while, so I finally gave it a go. This was my first time doing it, so it’s not perfect yet, it felts great… I wanna to start adding this into my daily routine. It’s meant to help with blood flow, lymphatic drainage, mobility, and getting the whole body moving. My body is way stiffer than it looks, tight shoulders, neck and back.. so this seems perfect and simple.

changmin’s heartfelt advice for the fan 🥹 🐿️ when something bad happens i think to myself, “ah how much more do i need to grow, how much more do i need to succeed, that something like this is happening?” and that helps me endure it a little. eventhough the situation inevitably turned out this way, i believe it’s for me to become more successful and a better person later on. so let’s not break down too much and overcome it together! and remember, the tunnel will eventually end. there’s no such thing as it not ending. so don’t stay in despair for too long..
