My beautiful princess has a new home ❤️💙 After growing up with two older brothers, Keeley is officially surrounded by sisters - and I couldn’t be more proud of her. Today she begins a new chapter at Ole Miss with her new Delta Gamma sisters, in the very place where Delta Gamma was founded more than 150 years ago. Her mom and I know that wherever life takes her, we will always be her home. The place she can come back to, no questions asked, with arms wide open and more love than she could ever possibly know. But as we leave our little girl here to begin this incredible chapter of her life, my prayer is simple: May this home away from home love her, protect her, challenge her, celebrate her and remind her every day just how special she is. After 18 years of watching her grow into the beautiful young woman she is today, letting go isn’t easy. I am proud of my princess and thank God for her every day. VIJAYA MEHTA- THE ICONIC LEGEND! 💔 Deeply saddened to learn about the passing of #VijayaMehta. One of the finest theatre minds India has ever produced, an exceptional filmmaker, and above all, a remarkable human being.🥹🥹 I had the privilege of working with Vijaya Bai in Rao Saheb and Pestonjee. I had already done a few films by then and thought I understood something about acting. But every rehearsal with her reminded me how vast the ocean of this craft really is. In front of her wisdom, her understanding of human behaviour, and her extraordinary sensitivity, I happily became a student again. She never imposed her knowledge. She illuminated it. She never raised her voice. She raised your standards. Her discipline came wrapped in grace, her warmth in humility, and her brilliance in simplicity. The cruelest thing about death is that within moments of hearing the news, we are forced to speak about someone we love in the past tense. The heart takes much longer to accept what the mind has just been told. Thank you, Vijaya Bai, for your generosity, your affection, your guidance, and for reminding so many of us that acting is not about performing… it is about understanding life. You will always remain present in the countless actors, directors and students whose lives you touched. Om Shanti. 🙏💔🕉

In Loving Memory of Chester Today, the Ark of Grace family is mourning the loss of our beloved Chester. More than six years ago, Chester was surrendered to our care with diabetes and a difficult prognosis. We did not know then how much time we would be given with him, but by the grace and mercy of God, Chester went on to live many happy and peaceful years here at the Sanctuary, far longer than anyone expected. Chester was truly special. He was gentle, loving, and brought warmth to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He loved his treats, being surrounded by those who cared for him, and especially spending time with his best friend, Boots. The two were rarely far from one another. For Amanda, Chester held an especially meaningful place in her heart. He came into her life during a season of tremendous change and uncertainty following Chris's brain injury, becoming a source of comfort and light when it was deeply needed. Early this morning, Chester went into respiratory distress and was rushed to the emergency room. Amanda and Chris remained by his side as he peacefully passed on to be with the Lord. We are incredibly grateful to the Guardian Veterinary Specialists emergency and internal medicine teams who fought for Chester and did everything they could to help him. Their compassion and dedication did not go unnoticed. We also want to thank every member of our Ark of Grace family who prayed for Chester and generously helped make his care possible over the years. Because of you, Chester was given the opportunity to live a life filled with safety, comfort, friendship, and so much love. Chester, you were a precious gift entrusted to our care, and you will be deeply missed. We take comfort knowing that you are now healed and whole in the presence of the Lord. This isn't goodbye. It's simply see you later. Rest peacefully, sweet Chester. You were and always will be deeply loved.

“Modi Ji, aap hi se toh hamara parivaar hai…” A Letter from a Punekar. An Emotion Shared by Millions... I am sharing a deeply heartfelt letter written by Smt. Shobhana Apte Ji, a senior citizen from my Ch. Shivajinagar constituency, to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. Her words express immense pride in Modi Ji’s leadership, his years of service to Bharat, and the transformation our country continues to witness under his leadership. But there is also pain in her words. She writes about how deeply hurt she felt hearing the disrespectful remarks made about Modi Ji and his late mother. For her, such words were not merely an attack on a political leader they crossed a line of basic human dignity and respect that we, as Indians, have always associated with a mother. And yet, what touched her equally was Modi Ji’s grace, restraint and large-heartedness in choosing to forgive.
