He better be immediately fired. Any licensed security guard is only allowed to physically intervene if he/she is in danger of imminent harm. His job is to "observe and report."

The security guard is the agent of the property owner If someone has been trespassed How do you expect the property owners agent to act??? This is very different situation than a cop who is on a power trip He asked him to either identify himself or leave That is a reasonable request from an agent of a property owner

Flashlight cops are the worst. You KNOW he has applied numerous times to a PD but has gotten refused for some reason or another. If I had to guess, prior convictions, failed polygraph or failed psyche evaluation. I’m gunna say the latter did it.
