President Macron: When we speak about security guarantees, we speak about the whole security of the European continent and this is why we are all united here with Ukraine on this matter... And in order to have such a long-standing peace for Ukraine and for the whole continent, we do need the security guarantees. And the first one is clearly a credible Ukrainian army for the years and decades to come. And the second one is our own commitments, all of us. You can be sure that Europeans are very lucid about the fact that they have their fair share in the security guarantees for Ukraine, but their own security is clearly at stake in this situation.

I love this video. This is why you do difficult things in front of your kids. They need to see what it's like to set a goal, to work for that goal, and to achieve it. As dads we should always strive to be getting better. Physically, mentally, financially, emotionally, spiritually. It's a lifelong journey which necessarily comes with struggle. And some of those struggles are meant to be private. But most of them don't need to be private. And they can actually serve as powerful lessons. So a reminder for myself as much as anyone else reading this: Don't shy away from showing your work. Talk about it. Talk about why it's important. Talk about where you're at now. Talk about what it took to get there, and talk about what's next. (Also check out the end of the video, which made me laugh out loud)

Many of you may remember the video of Dominique Alexander with the Next Generation Action Network leading Karmelo, with his own “security team,” from the jail to a secured vehicle. The footage below was proudly filmed and posted after Karmelo Anthony was released on bond. Not only has the Next Generation Action Network been found to be operating without a license, which is a class A misdemeanor, but one of the individuals on his “security team” was Adigun Threatt, who has a history of as*ault, as*ault on a family member, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and dr*g possession.
