🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are assaulting children with autism and demanding proof of citizenship. In a new lawsuit filed against immigration agents, a lawful U.S. resident and her two American kids were surrounded by unmarked ICE vehicles outside a Massachusetts courthouse. No identification. No warning. No warrant. Agents smashed the car windows with a sharp tool, showering the family in glass. Then it got worse. In front of her screaming children, ICE beat their mother. They twisted her arms, kicked her, and slammed her face-first into the ground. She left with a concussion and nerve damage. Her 13-year-old son, who is autistic, was still buckled into his seat when agents reached into the car, ripped him out by his arms, and interrogated him while he shook and cried. They threatened to arrest a disabled child if he didn’t answer questions or produce proof of legal status, even though he is a U.S. citizen. Let that sink in. A child. With a disability. Threatened with arrest. For existing. Only when local police insisted that the ICE officers check Ms. Ramirez Sanan’s identification first… which showed her lawful status… did ICE release her. The family ended the day in an ambulance, not because of a crime, but because ICE chose violence first and questions later. This is what “law and order” looks like under this system: masked agents, broken glass, hospitalized kids, and lifelong trauma. ICE won’t comment. But the children will remember this forever.

MS NOW host Symone Sanders Townsend recounts how poor security was at the WHCD. She says she was able to roll up to the front door on a scooter and security did not ask to see her ID nor see her ticket, they assumed she was a guest at the hotel: "I actually showed up to the Hilton shortly after 8 P.M. And I actually took a scooter right up to the front of the Hilton driveway. And this matters because, as you know, usually there's a lot of protesters outside that's outside of those barricades before you can actually enter into the driveway of the Hilton. But this year, there are no protesters outside. I come to find out the people were actually milling about into the lobby. When I got off of the scooter and into in front of the barricade, usually you have to show ID and a ticket. The folks, the security at the gate, these were not agents, the Secret Service agents. They were not identified as Secret Service agents that I could see at the gate, but they did not ask me to show ID, and they did not ask me to show a ticket. They said, 'Oh, you're good. I'm sure you're going to your room.' I am not staying at the Washington Hilton. As I entered into the driveway, I saw the president's vehicle. The Beast was driving around in the circle of the Hilton driveway, and people walking around near it, taking photos. Secret Service was not keeping a perimeter. And it went around about two or three times while I was outside. When I entered into the Hilton, I asked Secret Service agents, which I saw they were identified as Secret Service agents, which way the ballroom was, and they said they didn't know. When I finally got my way onto elevator, no one asked me to show ID. No one asked me to show a ticket. I got all the way down to the red carpet area without ever showing a ticket to anyone in the Hilton. I am saying it like this because this is unusual."

The math ain't mathing. She claimed she needed a discount because she didn't have enough money. Now she's facing a trespass charge, a $1,000 bond, and her boyfriend's job could be on the line. All over a discount she wasn't entitled to. Somebody explain the logic. A routine retail dispute turned into a criminal trespass arrest after a customer at Ross allegedly refused multiple requests to leave the store. When officers arrived, they found the woman seated near the checkout area, continuing to dispute a discount issue with store staff. The officer repeatedly explained that while customers are free to disagree with store policies, a private business has the legal right to refuse service and revoke a person's permission to remain on the property. Under Florida law, once a person has been clearly warned to leave private property by an authorized representative and refuses to do so, the situation can escalate to Trespass After Warning. At that point, the issue is no longer about the discount or customer complaint—it's about remaining on private property after being lawfully directed to leave. This incident highlights a common misconception: being a customer does not create a legal right to stay in a store after management has withdrawn permission. The officer attempted to gain voluntary compliance multiple times before transitioning from mediation to enforcement. What began as a disagreement over a retail transaction ultimately became a lesson in the difference between consumer complaints and property rights. The encounter ended with the woman being arrested for trespass after warning after repeatedly refusing to leave the store. While reports indicate she was booked into jail and given a bond, the final court disposition has not been publicly confirmed.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents allegedly hit a man with their vehicle, while on private property, in Oklahoma City… and when the property manager told them to get off the property, they argued with her instead. You can hear the man crying out in pain in the background. She tells ICE they can call an ambulance for him, but they need to leave the property. And she doesn’t back down. Eventually, an ambulance and stretcher arrive. Being an ICE agent does not mean you get to ignore the Constitution. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. And that protection applies to everyone in the United States…regardless of immigration status. ICE cannot walk onto private property because they have badges and guns. They need consent, a proper warrant, or a legally recognized exception to enter private areas for enforcement purposes. And if the property manager is telling you to leave, and you don’t have legal authority to remain there, you don’t get to just argue your way into staying. Then there is the person we can literally hear crying in pain. If ICE agents hit someone with a vehicle, we deserve answers. Because this is what happens when federal agents start believing the rules don’t apply to them… They enter private property. They use force. They hurt people. And then they expect everyone to just stand there and accept it because they’re with ICE. Federal agents are not above the law. And the fact that a property manager had to stand there and tell armed federal agents that they need to get off private property… should be absolutely infuriating.

🚨BREAKING: In Chicago, ICE/Border Patrol agents racially profiled construction workers, jumped over a locked fence without a warrant, and refused to leave after the owner repeatedly told them to… all while causing approximately $30,000 in damage. And now, the homeowner is suing. According to a new federal lawsuit and video evidence, these masked, heavily armed agents jumped out of their vehicles and stormed construction workers, who were on their lunch break… chasing them onto the private property where they were working, on October 24. The agents followed them over the locked fence, and through the property, eventually arresting one worker inside the garage, who a judge later ordered to be released. The homeowner was watching it happen, through his Ring cameras, and repeatedly told the agents to get the off his property. But they refused… And caused approximately $30,000 in damage. And after this happened, agents continued terrorizing one of the wealthiest areas in Chicago, by tear gassing the entire street… which directly violated a court order. The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures… Your home, and the private area around it, are some of the most protected spaces under the Constitution. Federal agents need a warrant, consent, or a recognized exception… such as exigent circumstances or valid hot pursuit… to enter private property like this. According to the lawsuit, they had none of those things… No search warrant, no arrest warrant, no permission to enter, and no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that criminal activity was happening on this property. That is why the homeowner is saying their Fourth Amendment right was violated. And then there’s the racial profiling… The federal government cannot simply use someone’s race or ethnicity as a substitute for reasonable suspicion. The Fifth Amendment’s equal-protection principles apply to the federal government. This is not just about a broken fence or $30,000 in property damage. It’s about federal agents deciding that they could climb over a locked gate, enter private property, chase people through someone’s home and ignore the homeowner telling them to leave… without a warrant or a clearly established legal basis to be there. When the government refuses to follow the Constitution… and refuses to hold its own agents accountable when they break the law… they aren’t protecting us. They are putting every single one of us in danger.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents have, once again, trampled the 4th Amendment… illegally breaking down a door and storming into another family home with assault rifles drawn, while children were inside, detaining 6 people, including a 12-year-old boy, without a warrant. And it gets worse. On Thursday, ICE raided a home in St. Paul, Minnesota, telling residents this was part of a narcotics investigation… not immigration. But neighbors are saying that’s BS. A neighbor who had his outdoor camera rolling, says someone delivered a package to the house just minutes before the raid. According to the video, federal agents told the residents there were drugs inside, and if no one claimed the package, they’d take everyone in the house. Not suspicious at all… And the agents also had no warrant… After smashing the door, ICE claimed they had a search warrant, but never showed it… even after being asked to see it. They searched every room with rifles drawn, handcuffed all residents, including the 12-year-old boy, and paraded them down the street. Every adult had a valid work permit and state ID, but, agents only left a woman and her infant behind. And here’s the kicker: even though ICE said this was about drugs, not immigration, they still took the 12-year-old boy, transporting him to an immigration center in San Antonio, Texas in less than 24 hours. And, to make this all even more illegal… A warrant was dropped off THE NEXT DAY, claiming to be from a state court, but: • It doesn’t match official Ramsey County warrant formats • Has no case number or file stamp • No record of filing exists (though filing can sometimes be delayed) So, the questions become: Did ICE falsify a warrant after illegally entering the home? Did they plant drugs to justify this raid? And most importantly… what did DHS do with a 12-year-old boy they weren’t supposed to touch? This isn’t law enforcement. This is federal kidnapping, trafficking, intimidation, and terror. A government agency stormed a home, handcuffed children, and transported a minor across state lines… all without a real warrant at the time of the arrest, or any legal justification. If this can happen to one family in broad daylight, it can happen to anyone. The Constitution, your rights, and your children mean nothing to them.

An 80-year-old man with Parkinson's disease arrested for trespassing on his own property by incompetent officers... Here is the full backstory behind the encounter: The entire incident centered around a civil disagreement over property rights. According to Volusia County property appraiser records and mortgage statements, Edward Bowman is a rightful owner of the home and property, and he actively pays the mortgage on it. His stepdaughter also shares ownership rights to the home and property. A tenant living in a mother-in-law suite situated behind the main house called the police to report that Bowman and his stepdaughter were trespassing. The tenant claimed that Bowman lived on the property but did not own the specific house they were entering, arguing they had no right to be there. When Orange City Police officers arrived, the stepdaughter tried to explain that she had already spoken with a deputy earlier that morning who confirmed the situation was a civil property matter. However, the responding officers refused to listen to her explanation, giving her and Bowman a single warning to leave or face arrest. The Stepdaughter's Arrest: Officers arrested her for trespass. Despite her name being on the property appraiser site, police also attempted to charge her with possession of a firearm while trespassing because she had a licensed firearm in her pocket. Edward Bowman's Arrest: Despite Bowman explicitly stating, "This is my property," officers still handcuffed him and arrested him for trespassing. The city manager and the chief of police launched a formal review of the circumstances surrounding the incident. The Stepdaughter: All criminal charges against her were subsequently dropped after legal review confirmed her ownership status. Edward Bowman: Despite the property records proving his ownership, the police department pursued charges against him for trespass and resisting an officer without violence. The police officers also claimed that Edward had a$saulted them. Current Legal Status: Edward Bowan’s case remains active in the court system. His family and legal team are actively fighting the system and working to get the remaining charges completely dropped. While the state attorney's office ultimately dismissed the case against his stepdaughter, they have not yet formally dismissed the resisting charges against Bowman. The defense is heavily leveraging the property deeds and the video evidence—which shows his severe physical limitations—to pressure the state into throwing out the case.
