not sure why nobody is talking about this but Google Omni is insane at video editing Original Video (left) vs Omni Edited Video (right) everyone is comparing it to Seedance and missing the point completely. Seedance is for generating videos from scratch. Google Omni is for editing videos that already exist. which are two completely different use cases this is like when Nano Banana 1 first came out and nobody realized how big it was going to be. this is the first AI that can actually properly edit videos.. i've generated a few hundred videos with this model and it can do literally any type of edit you can think of. changing voices, swapping characters, removing watermarks, adding captions, transitions, pop ups, whatever. if you can describe the edit you want it can do it this completely crushes every other model on the market when it comes to video editing. nothing else even comes close right now and this is just the flash model. imagine what the pro version is going to be able to do when it drops in a couple months this should have way more hype than it's getting..

i just made this UGC ad with sora 2 using ONE prompt... no editing, no reshoots, no actors - just one super-prompt and it generated a full 10-second ad that looks like it was shot by a hollywood camera businesses are still paying $500+ per UGC creator when you can do this in 2 minutes for free (normies can't even tell it's AI) but prompting for Sora 2 is completely different from anything else... i spent days generating hundreds of videos testing different techniques until i cracked the format now i turned all of that into a detailed custom prompt file you can inject directly into ChatGPT or Claude as instructions reply 'SORA' + RT & follow me and i'll send you the prompt file (must follow me so i can dm)

Major major props to aroha for solving a major limitation with Seedance 2.0. If you've tried uploading audio files directly, you know that Seedance 2.0 actually changes the lyrics and even the song itself BUT if you save out a blank video with the song and upload that video as a video omni reference it gives you perfect lipsync and no style drifting of the audio. I personally haven't notice style drift but it's 100% better than a straight audio upload which makes it unusable. This is actually MAJOR!!! Those music videos you've been wanting to generate with Seedance 2.0 are now solved. I tested this myself with some audio from Suno 5.5 which is the example you're watching right now and it works! I just wish Seedance 2.0 would actually fix the audio upload problem but this is an immediate fix. You don't need to type out the lyrics like I did. I think the best use case for using just an audio file is only if you want to keep a characters voice consistent.

call me crazy but there is no way this is a live2d model... specifically look at the eyes and mouth. it looks like a realtime ai filter based on the thumbnail illustration & being 'piloted' by the VA :( if this is the case, this is both scary and disappointing TT

next, here is how to animate the video once you generated the base image of your ai model, attach the image of your model and the product image in your ai tool and prompt, "she is holding this product" now to animate this scene, use such a simple prompt; "the girl is speaking in her beautiful voice; "this is the most powerful drink in the world... drink it once, and your whole hair is gone" no background music, no sound effects." adding "no background music" is necessory part when you're prompting to VEO 3 or Kling 2.6 and for the drinking scene, i also gave it a very simple prompt; "the girl is drinking, handheld camera shaking. No background music," then i asked nb pro to remove her hair, and then turn it into the using that simple prompt method. note; simple prompts works better than complicated one when it comes to animating your video that's it, if you need any help setting up your ai influencer to promote your product/app or service just DM me here on 𝕏 or comment "want" i'll dm you myself if you know how to make viral content + setup such a beautiful ai model 2026 will be yours, cheers

I now managed to make an actual body swap with Seedance 2 tuning up the prompt, I suppose this tool has a lot of potential for 3D animation. It's still a long way far of making actual "anime" like Sora 2, for example, but for 3D enjoyers it might be worth a try. #bodyswap

✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI: [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!

HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. Yo! That new animation looks promising, I really hope you will like it. I learned a lot of new animation tools for this teaser, and it was a lot of fun to make. Also tried using Koikatsu to create the hair, and I'm really happy with how it looks now.
