ON THE APP: → Tap on 'Imagine' in the app → Choose 'Video' from the prompt box → Tap on 'Animate Photos' → Select up to 7 images → Write your prompt → Tap the reference image while the cursor is where you want it to appear in the prompt. Repeat for every image. → Check the settings before sending the prompt for aspect ratio, video duration, and resolution. → Hit send and wait. Now you can use the same character, object, scene, or anything else across different videos.

Dreamina Seedance 2.0 is by far the best video model I've tried, and Dreamina makes it even better. You can try it in the link below. It's not just about the quality of the output, but about how much control you have over your video's look. Watch my video here. I'm attaching reference images and asking the model to generate a video using them. I can reference each image using the @ symbol to instruct the model which image to use. You can even upload a clip and use its camera movement, styles from an image, and audio vibe from a track. By the way, you can take an existing video and replace, remove, or add elements to it while the model preserves everything else. This is the closest we've gotten to "editing videos like photos".

i just figured out the best way to use Seedance 2.5 latest model from ByteDance lets you generate up to 30 second continuous videos and accepts up to 50 reference assets (images, videos and audio) all in one generation most people overcomplicate it, the real trick is in the details my prompt structure looks like this: [1] global scene + visual style [2] character descriptions [3] timestamped storyboard (0-5s, 5-10s, 10-15s...) Here's how we made a 1-minute sequence of "The long road back". An animation short-film we've done at Magnific Studios. The process was roughly: - We started with reference images of the boy (Nilo), dog (Pip), the witch and witch house. Krea 2 image model, Nana Banana Pro were heavily used in reference image generation. - The video model was Seedance 2 generations. 15 seconds and with prompts asking for different shots. We basically prompted for 'scenes' - not shots. Trying to generate stand-alone shots and then editing together gives too many problems with continuity. - For every additional 15 second video (we needed at least 4), we would provide the last 5 seconds of the previous video as reference to Seedance 2 + the original reference images. Then in the prompt, ask for continuing the video + prompting for the next part of the story. This proved very productive. - We fixed inconsistencies in many shots by surgically extract the few problematic sections. Then edit 1 frame using Nano Banana. And then regenerating the sequences using this new reference image and Seedance 2. Two examples. The doorknob changed place and the door behind the dog was closed even after the witch stepped out. - All music was generated using Elevenlabs music generator. 3 seperate pieces of music. - All editing and color grading was done in Davinci Resolve. Everything gen AI above was done using Magnific

You’ll need to iterate on your prompt until the result matches your vision. Be specific about motion, style, and mood. 4️⃣: Polish Import everything into your editor (I use CapCut). It can combine text, images, video, and audio in the same prompt, then generate up to 15s video in 2K with native synced sound. Not a silent video with audio added later. This GPT Image 2 prompt creates cinematic storyboard grids from your reference images while generating an original continuous sequence. You can see two different examples in the attached video. If you want a director-inspired cinematic tone, first use the separate “director language” prompt with a director name. It gives you abstract cinematic qualities without directly replicating copyrighted styles. If you don’t want that, you can simply remove that paragraph from the grid prompt. I gave Happy Horse from Alibaba a spin to make this cinematic trailer. Grab my Magnific Spaces workflow in the comments below. A few things I noticed after a few days of testing: - Reference images work like they do in Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0. Drop in characters, locations, objects, and you can build much more dynamic shots than start/end frames allow. - Audio is clean. English dialogue comes out clear. If you don't want a soundtrack, a simple "no music" in the prompt gives you SFX only. - 1080p looks great but tends toward sharp edges. I usually generate at 720p and upscale with Magnific Video Upscaler. - Got surprisingly far with simple prompts. - Happy Horse is around 75% of the price of Seedance 2 at 1080p. Fun trivia: "Ma" means horse in Chinese, which also happens to be Jack Ma's last name. Make of that what you will. Props to the team at Alibaba Cloud team!

Ok, so the new Midjourney Style Tuner is here and it's a MASSIVE update. There is so much to unpack, no way I can do it all in one post, but here is an overview. You start by typing in /tune followed by your prompt. MJ will generate a range of sample images (between 16-128) showing different visual styles based on your prompt. Then you choose your favorite images from the sample to generate a unique code you can use to customize the look of future jobs. (link below) So for example, I just tried it with the prompt: 💬 1990s, a photo of a woman dressed in fuzzy velour, shimmering midnight hues reflecting sadness by the lake, a contemporary nightmare on cross-processed film --ar 4:5 --c 4 I selected 10 images, which generated the code zlPhgLCHDXol64kPlwSUzu97. I can then add it to my prompt using --style {code} But it makes more sense if you try it yourself, so try playing around with my Style Tuner for that prompt and generate your own code from your selections: Some quick notes: -You can control the level of style applied by adding the --s parameter to your prompt. -You can combine multiple styles together by separating with a hyphen, i.e --style code1-code2 I will be obsessing over this all day tomorrow and sharing everything I learn along the way.
