Seedance 2.5 finally dropped, and it’s actually way better than expected. It can generate 30s clips but “long video mode” goes up to 3mins. A ~10x jump in sota video gen length is unprecedented (we were ~2x-ing every 6mos) This entire trailer, with audio, was oneshotted by it.

Bytedance is dropping the best video gen model in the world in early July: Seedance 2.5! The video below (audio on) is the launch video from their Volcano Engine conference this week. It cements China’s absolute dominance in video. — 2x’d generation length of all previous models to 30s, with audio + 4k video — >5x’d reference images / audio / video to 50 — Allows localized editing (specific characters, closing, detail), will come with copyright filter Seedance 2 is already the #1 video model and does a whopping $2B in ARR, in a mere 4.5mos! At the current pricing of $2.5/15s, that implies >3.3M hours of video (!) have been generated. That’s 3x every feature film ever made and dozens of Netflixes. Only 3 US AI startups make more revenue. We are 2x’ing realistic video gen length every 6mos. — May 2025: Veo 3 does audio + video for the first time, 15s — Jan 2026: Kling 3 does 15s — Feb 2026: Seedance 2 does 15s, big quality bump — July 2026: 2.5 will do 30s In 18mos, entire music videos will be oneshotted by AI. China continues to extend its lead on video models vs America.

This is literally Fable moment for AI filmmaking. This full movie trailer was created on Buzzy using Seedance 2.5. With Buzzy, creators can: → Generate 30-second cinematic scenes in one go → Create in native 4K with 10-bit color → Use up to 50 image, video, and audio references for stronger character and style consistency This moves AI filmmaking beyond isolated clips. Instead of editing and stitching short individual videos, creators can now build complete stories and cinematic sequences on Buzzy. Decart just dropped Lucy 2.5 and it completely changes what live video can do. This is their Live AI model that edits video as it streams, no post production needed. > add, replace, or remove anything mid stream > restyle entire scenes on the fly > generate realtime VFX with a single prompt > better prompt adherence and more realism than before > already live across streaming, e-commerce, and advertising We are officially in the era where AI does not just generate video, it directs it live.

Seedance 2.5 is coming to If you've ever stitched 5 clips together praying they'd match — this is for you. Native 30s in a single pass in crisp 4K, with audio generated directly alongside the video — not slapped on after. Up to 50 references to ensure your character and style hold across the entire shot. One take. No duct tape. 🙌

This is where it gets serious. NemoVideo + Seedance 2.0 isn’t just “better AI video.” It’s reverse engineering virality, then generating it with structure. NemoVideo is the world’s first AI Pro Video Editing Agent. It doesn’t just generate clips. It studies what went viral, breaks it down shot by shot, then lets you rebuild that logic through conversation. And now it’s powered by Seedance 2.0, which takes the output quality to another level.

Here is something completely new you can do in one shot with Runway. This entire video was generated from a single long audio file. Runway analyzed the file, read the audio transcription, and generated one coherent video to bring it all together visually.

Dreamina's masterfully built next-gen AI video model serves to essentially change the game. Stepping dynamically from "clip stitching" to "long narrative × multi-asset × powerful editing" — let's review what's actually new: Seedance 2.5 is completely live worldwide on Dreamina — today — while a broader US rollout begins August 7. And yes: ✅ The entire fantastic Seedance suite (2.5, 2.0, plus all upcoming future models) is currently priced at its lowest-ever tier ✅ Dreamina obviously isn’t simply the most capable platform for Seedance 2.5 — it remains hands down the most affordable way to push it to the limits, full-capacity, requiring no add-ons ✨ 30s continuous generation (15s → 30s) — leave out the choppy stitching artifacts 📦 Up to 50 multimodal references (12 → 50) — blend your images, videos, audio, brilliantly all in one go 🎬 Precise local editing — carefully fix specific regions without ever re-rendering the whole clip 🌍 10+ languages — Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and numerous more 🎯 3D white model & green screen support — high-level professional-grade control The fragile era of short clips is fully over. Intense industrial-grade AI video is actively here. 🚀 Coming soon on Dreamina. Meanwhile, jump in and create with Dreamina Seedance 2.5 and get your workspace ready for the upgrade! #dreamina #dreaminapartner #seedance #dreaminaseedance25

One underrated thing about building a storyboard first: You finally have something to compare the generated video against. GPT Image 2.5 is coming to CapCut PC through Design Studio and AI Image. Start with the story and build the visual storyboard. Then bring it into CapCut PC’s Video Studio and use Seedance 2.5 to generate the full video. Now you can look at the result and ask: Did the video actually follow the direction? If not, keep refining it with CapCut’s AI editing tools. The storyboard isn’t just preparation. It becomes the visual reference for the entire process. #GPTImage25 #CapCutPC #AIVideo #Seedance25

Seedance 2.5 + Street Interviews is CRAZY.. i can't believe i did this whole video with 2 prompts. i finally cracked the formula for UGC that looks hyper realistic... the formula i am known to do with every model lol... here's how i did this whole video: - i deconstructed the whole video w/ gemini - i generate all characters and props w/ gpt 2.0 - i uploaded all the references to seedance 2.5 - i uploaded the prompt gemini gave me - that's it this is my whole system, and it took me less than 15 mins tbh... here's how it looks like:

This is my first full-drive on FSD V14.1.2 with Mad Max mode enabled. All I can say is, WOAH. Mad Max mode lives up to its name, it’s EPIC. It hauls ass everywhere it goes. It accelerates from a standstill very quickly, and weaves through traffic like it’s late for work. It was a totally new experience, it’s fun to use. In no way did I feel unsafe, it was actually incredibly smooth. It makes Hurry Mode feel very pedestrian. Mad Max mode will shine in more dense traffic scenarios, it will definitely save you tons of time. It’s my favorite FSD mode ever.

🇳🇱🗽 This is ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 with my New Amsterdam (current day New York City) Simulator prompt Unlike previous models like Seedance 1.5 (which would add windmills that didn't look Dutch), it really accurately portrays the city as it was in 1670 It's very impressive and because it takes reference image/video/audio, you can put yourself in it like I did here Only thing bad I see is some distortion in is some of the text which other video models seem to do better now, but yes it's very impressive This is purposely made to look a bit like a game, so it can do more photorealism than this actually

I kept seeing people talk about DeeVid AI, so I finally gave it a try myself. Honestly, I was just curious to see what it could actually do. I put in a simple idea and the video turned out way better than I expected. The whole process was surprisingly easy too. I can definitely see creators using this to make more content and potentially turn it into another income stream. Pretty impressed with this one. #DeeVidAI #AIVideo

This entire trailer was made… on my phone. Using Grok and CapCut. Next week, Grok will generate 15-second high-quality AI videos with much better audio, making this kind of thing feel... normal. But until then, it still feels a bit surreal to pull off a cinematic trailer about police corruption in Bucharest by just using a couple of apps on your phone. With how Grok video is evolving, this level of power won’t shock anyone anymore, very soon.

Jeff Bezos: All the polluting industry can be done off Earth if space travel gets reliable enough and inexpensive enough, and we can get materials from asteroids and near-Earth objects and the Moon. Then this garden planet can be returned to its pre-industrial revolution state. This is the only way in which the world is worse today than it was 500 years ago. Everything is better today. The global illiteracy is better than it was 500 years ago. Infant mortality is better than it was. Global poverty is better than it was. Everything is better today and it keeps getting better and the one exception is the natural world and we can actually have both.
