We’re excited to announce the release and open-source of HunyuanImage 3.0 — the largest and most powerful open-source text-to-image model to date, with over 80 billion total parameters, of which 13 billion are activated per token during inference. The effect is completely comparable to the industry’s flagship closed-source model.🚀🚀🚀 HunyuanImage 3.0 originates from our internally developed native multimodal large language model, with fine-tuning and post-training focused on text-to-image generation. This unique foundation gives the model a powerful set of capabilities: ✅Reason with world knowledge ✅Understand complex, thousand-word prompts ✅Generate precise text within images Different from traditional DiT architecture image generation models, HunyuanImage 3.0’s MoE architecture uses a Transfusion-based approach to deeply couple Diffusion and LLM training for a single, powerful system. Built on Hunyuan-A13B, HunyuanImage 3.0 was trained on a massive dataset: 5 billion image-text pairs, video frames, interleaved image-text data, and 6 trillion tokens of text corpora. This hybrid training across multimodal generation, understanding, and LLM capabilities allows the model to seamlessly integrate multiple tasks. Whether you're an illustrator, designer, or creator, this is built to slash your workflow from hours to minutes. HunyuanImage 3.0 can generate intricate text, detailed comics, expressive emojis, and lively, engaging illustrations for educational content. The current release focuses solely on text-to-image generation and future updates will include image-to-image, image editing, multi-turn interaction, and more. 👉🏻Try it now: 🔗GitHub: 🤗Hugging Face:

We've officially released and open-sourced HunyuanImage 2.1, our latest text-to-image model. The new model delivers on our commitment to balancing performance and quality. With native 2K image generation, HunyuanImage 2.1 is an advanced open-source text-to-image model.🎨 ✨ New in 2.1: 🔹Advanced Semantics: Supports ultra-long and complex prompts of up to 1000 tokens, and precisely controls the generation of multiple subjects in a single image. 🔹Precise Chinese and English Text Rendering with seamless image–text integration: The model naturally integrates text into images, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as product covers, illustrations, and poster design to meet the needs of various fields. 🔹Rich Styles and High Aesthetic: Capable of generating images in various styles—including photorealistic portraits, comics, and vinyl figures—it delivers outstanding visual appeal and artistic quality. 🔹High-Quality Generation: Efficiently produces ultra-high-definition (2K) images in the same time other models take to generate a 1K image. HunyuanImage 2.1 uses two text encoders: a multimodal large language model (MLLM) to improve the model's image and text alignment capabilities, and a multi-language character-aware encoder to improve text rendering capabilities. The model is a single- and double-stream diffusion transformer with 17B parameters. We've also open-sourced the weights of the the accelerated version with meanflow which reduces inference steps from 100 to just 8, and PromptEnhancer, the first industrial-grade rewriting model that enhances your prompts for more nuanced and expressive image generation. Now, creators turn complex ideas—like posters with slogans or multi-panel comics—into visuals faster than ever. We’re just getting started. Stay tuned for our native multimodal image generation model coming soon. 🌐Website: 🔗Github: 🤗Hugging Face: ✨Hugging Face Demo:

Nano Banana Pro + n8n is absolutely insane 🤯 Google just released Nano Banana Pro and I already have it running inside n8n + Airtable. The use case? Steal your competitors' Facebook static ads. Perfect for DTC brands & agencies who see competitor ads they want to replicate with their own products. Nano Banana Pro is SICK: → 4K resolution output (studio quality) → Multiple image inputs (up to 14 images in one generation) → Perfect text rendering in multiple languages → Maintains consistency across up to 5 people Here's the workflow: You see a killer competitor Facebook ad. Perfect layout, colors, messaging—but it's their product, not yours. Instead of briefing a designer and waiting days for recreations... This automation does it in 30 seconds: → Upload competitor ad image in Airtable → Upload your product image → Click "Generate" button → Nano Banana Pro swaps ONLY the product → Keeps everything else identical (layout, fonts, colors, graphics) → Returns 4 variations automatically → All delivered back to Airtable instantly No designer bottlenecks. No recreation from scratch. No guessing what works. What you get: → Competitor-inspired ads with your product → Same proven layout and design language → 4 variations per request for testing → Everything organized in Airtable → Feels like a mini creative co-pilot Built 100% in n8n + Airtable. I filmed a 30-minute Loom video walking you through how to set it up step-by-step. Want the n8n template, Airtable base, and Loom video for free? > Comment "BANANA" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

NVIDIA just unleashed SANA-WM and it’s an absolute MONSTER for the future of open source AI! A blazing-fast 2.6B-parameter open-source world model that doesn’t just generate video… it creates controllable, physics-rich, high-fidelity worlds on demand. Why this is insanely powerful: • One image + text prompt + 6-DoF camera trajectory → generates 720p videos up to 60 seconds long with buttery-smooth, precisely controlled camera movement. You’re not just watching, you’re piloting the simulation. • Runs locally on a single consumer GPU (RTX 5090 level) thanks to heavy distillation + NVFP4 quantization. Full 60-second clip denoised in ~34 seconds. No massive clusters required. • 36× higher throughput than previous open models while rivaling (or beating) closed industrial giants in visual quality and consistency. • Trained lightning-fast: ~213K public videos in just 15 days on 64 H100s. • Built with next-level tech: Hybrid Linear Attention, dual-branch camera control, two-stage pipeline, and rock-solid metric-scale pose understanding. This is a true open world model, the foundation for embodied AI, robotics, autonomous systems, and hyper-realistic simulations that can run anywhere. Project: At our Zero-Human Company, we’re already running SANA-WM live in our core pipelines. It’s supercharging autonomous agent training, generating unlimited synthetic training data, and powering full end-to-end simulation loops, zero humans in the loop. The speed and control let us test thousands of edge-case scenarios overnight, iterate at lightspeed, and push our fully autonomous operations further than ever before. This is the kind of breakthrough that turns science fiction into daily reality. World models just leveled up — hard. The age of personal, local, controllable universes is here.

Theo Von: “What’s really going on with data centers?” John Kiriakou: “This has to be intel-related.” “Look at the companies that are involved.” “Palantir.” “NVIDIA.” “Abraxas.” “These big companies that either took CIA investments to get started as seed money or are staffed by retired senior CIA officers.” Von: “Is the CIA now spying on our own people?” Kiriakou: “Oh, yeah.” “That’s what Ed Snowden warned us about.” “Without Ed Snowden’s revelations, we wouldn’t have any idea that NSA and CIA were spying on Americans.” “And this place in Utah, he and Julian Assange told us about Utah.” “This new compound in Utah that NSA has built has enough memory storage space for every phone call, every email, and every text message from every American for the next 500 years.” “According to Ed Snowden, NSA, CIA, other governmental organizations are scooping up all this data, and they’re just holding it.” “Why?” “Until the immediate post-9/11 period, if the government wanted your information, they had to go to a federal judge.” “And the judge had to say: that’s a legitimate reason, I’ll sign the warrant.” “Now, they just write something called a national security letter.” “They give it to your provider … and they just turn it over.” “Or they go to these new data centers and just put your name in … and everything pops up.” “You don’t have any legal protections.” “They just take whatever they want.” Theo Von John Kiriakou

New! ✨ Lex 🤝 Kit ✨ We built a new technique to train AI to write in your voice—using your Kit newsletters—that's the closest I've ever gotten AI to sound like me. 👉 > "Damn. This is really solid. Immediately obvious that it is trained on my newsletters." — Nathan Barry > "damn finally just read this and those subject lines and that example newsletter, it feels 90% nailed, super intrigued how we can build this tone of voice into the app more, feels like a total gear shift for any AI suggestions." — fred rivett 🇬🇧📈 (usually a skeptic of the "write a draft for me" approach) The way we did it is cool and (I think?) new! We all know if you go to ChatGPT or Claude and ask it to write for you, it's gonna sound like AI. Maybe you've tried uploading some examples or a style guide and still get disappointing results. Lots of AI writing apps purport to "write in your style," but they typically just generate a short summary of your style using a prompt like "Analyze the style and tone of these writing samples" and then stick it into the prompt. Maaaaybe they'll throw in a few examples. We've tried this and didn't think it was great, so we killed it. But when Nathan Barry pushed us to think about this problem again, we came up with a subtly new technique that had a big impact on the results. (The reason I'm sharing it is because our goal is to build the world's best interface for collaborating on text, and the world's best platform for saving, sharing, and running prompts. Proprietary prompting techniques are not our thing.) Instead of just asking what the "style" is (a very fuzzy question) we ask AI what patterns it can find. Specifically we ask it to look for patterns in structure and tone. Then—and this is crucial—we ask the AI to generate a detailed set of instructions that a new writer could use to consistently reproduce those patterns. We include those instructions and a bunch of examples in a prompt (often quite a large one, it's kinda expensive for us tbh). I think it works so much better than just giving examples or giving a broad overview of "style" because LLMs are trained to pay close attention to instructions and thrive on specificity. Here we ask the LLM to look for very specific patterns and generate equally specific instructions to reproduce those patterns. The other cool thing is unlike a fine-tuned model this is powered by a big-ass prompt that you can inspect and modify to your liking. Does it sound a little too enthusiastic? A bit cheesy? Just edit the prompt. Of course it's not perfect, it's still gonna need careful editing, but to us this feels like an obvious leap. I'd be really curious to hear if it feels the same to you. To start this is only available via our Kit integration but we'll start rolling it out more broadly soon. You can sign up at 👉 Would love your honest feedback!

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT! New Partnership + AI Coaching Offer from Anyman Fitness and Spren 🚨 I have a big announcement to make… For the last 18 months I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes on a BIG project… You may have seen me post about the iOS app “Spren” - a groundbreaking app that tests your body fat % using just your iPhone. The app has been 3rd party tested and is as accurate as a DEXA scan. If you’re into fitness, you know how wild that statement is. A DEXA scan is the gold standard for body fat testing (and they cost $200+ to get one). The Spren CEO (Jason Moore) reached out to me in 2023 and he had a proposal. He wanted to create an AI based coaching offer for people who tested their body fat % with Spren and were unhappy with the results. But he didn’t want it to be generic like Chat GPT. He wanted to model the AI after a coach with extensive experience working with the general public. For the last 18 months, we have been working behind the scenes building this offer, and it just got released to the public. The AI has been fully trained on my coaching strategies, teachings, preferences, and mindset/motivational style. Here’s how it works: • Send a text message to 734-499-1101 • If you’re outside of the US, send the text via What’s App • You’ll be sent a link to learn everything the AI can do for you • You get unlimited scans on the Spren iOS body fat testing app ($70 value) • You get a customized nutrition plan for your goals, and “AI me” will guide you on your journey You connect the app to your macro tracker and wearable. Every few weeks, you scan your body fat % again, and “I” will make adjustments as needed for you to make swift and rapid progress. The best part? I don’t take breaks. I’m always here for you. The “style” is all me… You need reminders to get your butt off the couch and go to the gym? I got you. You need done-for-you meal plans that hit your macros/calories exactly? I got you. You need recipe ideas? Workouts when traveling? Exercise substitutions? Supplementation questions? Or you just want to shoot the breeze? (Lol) I got you! I’m here, 24/7, in your back pocket. I’m thrilled to have a shared vision with Spren on this. To learn more about this new, cutting-edge offer, send a text to 734-499-1101 and check it out!

BREAKING: OpenAI just dropped GPT-6 ASTRA!!! 🚀✨ We’ve been testing it extensively at Every 🪨 across coding, writing, and knowledge work. My take: it’s a big upgrade from 5.6-Sol, with some frustrating habits that keep it from matching Fable at the top end. Here’s your vibe check: - The best writing model I’ve tried. It’s fast, produces very little slop, and is easy to steer. It’s a good companion for actually working through the writing I do every day. (Not to mention, it one-shotted the first draft of its own vibe check today!) - The computer use is wild. It can go for hours at a time using complicated apps to get work done. It did the first cut of our Fable 5.1 vibe check video...kind of mindblowing - Impressive 3D games and visualizations. It can make beautiful 3D worlds from a single prompt. I one-shotted a historically accurate rendition of the Battle of Waterloo - It can overcomplicate things. (Especially at higher effort levels.) Ask for a simple interface and you get extra labels, buttons, and features everywhere. It has a habit of turning everything into a landing page. It just doesnt quite match Fable's ability to intuitively understand your prompt and do something delightful (without overcomplicating.) Net Result: If you already live in ChatGPT for Work or Codex and can afford it, it’s an easy upgrade from 5.6-Sol. The biggest proof of Astra's effectiveness at helping you do work is our vibe check. We found out it was launching at 3 AM this morning, and had a 4,000 word vibe check + video done by 2 PM. Not possible without this model. I’m reaching for Astra all day, but Fable 5.1 still gets my biggest tasks. On ambitious builds, Fable is better at understanding what I want and taking it further than I would have thought to ask. State of Play: Astra is launching to Enterprise customers today, and the rest of ChatGPT users over the coming days. Now, both OpenAI and Anthropic have a higher class of models that cost more to use. That changes who gets to use frontier AI and how. It's also a new vector of competition between them: Fable and Astra are priced at the same level. We'll see what that means for adoption in the coming days and weeks. read our full vibe check Every 🪨 today:

sung hanbin’s letter to the zb1 members (full eng trans) 💌 “my beloved members who feel like family to me, this is your leader, hanbin. to be honest, i’m not sure if i’ll be able to read this letter all the way to the end, but i’ll try my best to express the things i’ve wanted to say and carefully put them into words. the time that felt like it would never come has finally come to us. maybe that’s why this moment feels both cruel and a little sad. during our activities and even in everyday life, i’ve received so much strength from our members. because of that, i always carry a heart full of gratitude toward all of you. the position of leader, which i took on for the first time, was never something light. sometimes it felt like a burden, and sometimes it felt like a heavy weight. there were definitely moments when it felt difficult. but the reason i was able to strengthen my heart and keep running forward while looking only ahead was because the members i love were by my side. in life, even until now, i’ve been more used to solving things on my own. rather than leaning on others or receiving help, i thought it was more comfortable to handle things by myself. but through the time we’ve spent together with my precious members, i gained a big realization: that i’m also someone who truly needs the help and support of others. even in difficult moments, what allowed me to stand up again was the trust that the members gave me. through all of these moments, i felt a great warmth, and with this one belief, i was able to become stronger and stand again. so with the hope that the members can walk confidently wherever they go…so that they could receive that strength, i think i tried even harder to become a good example. because i carried those feelings, there were probably many things i had to say that might have sounded harsh or painful for our members to hear. but there was only one reason behind all those words and actions: so that the members i love wouldn’t get hurt somewhere else, so that their hearts wouldn’t be hurt. if there were moments when the members felt hurt because of me, i want to take this opportunity to say that i’m really sorry, and i hope you can forgive me with open hearts. sometimes when you said things like, “hanbin hyung is here, hanbin hyung will solve it”, it often felt like a lot of pressure to me. but after realizing that those words were actually a sign of the members’ deep trust, they became incredibly precious to me… it made me feel how precious it truly was. and that’s when i felt it even more that we had really become a family. so now this moment feels even more bittersweet and regretful. even while writing this letter, my heart feels complicated and emotions that are hard to describe in words keep passing through me. but there is something i really want to say: hanbin, jiwoong, hao, matthew, taerae, ricky, gyuvinie, gunwookie, yunjinie…my members who are like my family, i love you all so much. even if we end up walking different paths from now on, i will always be cheering for you first from a place close to my heart. so with the memories we’ve built together, let’s keep our shoulders up and move forward. i hope you only go through a little hardship and that from now on your path is filled only with flowers. and someday, when the nine of us gather and meet again, let’s just smile like we do now and make sure to hug each other. from your leader hanbin, who may have been imperfect but loved the members more than anyone. march 15, 2026.” 😭💔

Review on the series: Beauty in Black Genre: Drama | Thriller Year: 2024 Creator: Tyler Perry Platform: Netflix Cast: Taylor Polidore Williams, Amber Reign Smith, Debbi Morgan, Richard Lawson, Crystle Stewart Two Black women from totally different worlds get dragged into the same messy, dangerous family business and it gets ugly fast. The Story Kimmie is struggling. Homeless, trying to survive, and doing whatever it takes to get by. Mallory is rich, runs a beauty empire with her family, and looks like she has it all. But the family business isn’t just beauty products. There are secrets, crime, and people who will do anything to keep power. When their paths cross, everything blows up. Why it stands out 1. The drama is ‘ADDICTIVE’ Tyler Perry nailed it up. Lies, betrayal, murder, family fights. You start 1 episode and suddenly it’s 3am. It’s messy on purpose and that’s what makes it fun to watch. 2. The women lead This show is about women trying to survive in a world run by men and money. Kimmie is raw and real. Mallory is smart but trapped. You root for both, even when they make bad choices. 3. It talks about real stuff Poverty, colorism, family pressure, and how far people go for success. It’s dramatic, but there’s truth under all the twists. What I didn’t like: It can be too dramatic sometimes. Plot twists every 5 minutes. Some acting is hit or miss. If you don’t like Tyler Perry’s style, this won’t change your mind. People mostly talk about the reveal about the "beauty empire." Without spoilers: what the family is really selling isn’t what you think. That twist got everyone. Final take: 10/10 Beauty in Black isn’t deep art. It’s a soap opera with higher stakes. But it’s fast, it’s bold, and it keeps you watching. Watch if you like: Empire, The Oval, messy family drama with secrets. Skip if you want: Slow, artsy films.

Junkyu being open about his burnout and how he overcame that phase is something that truly amazed me. His beautiful words that encourage everyone why pacing yourself actually matters 🥺🤍 🐨: I actually went through myself a burnout recently… was it in 2025? It’s not that I started to hate music, but when it came to making music, to working on it, I hit burnout. I really did. Nothing felt fun anymore, and no matter what I did, I just couldn’t move forward. No matter what—seriously, no matter what. 🐨: I work on music on my Mac, right? and I didn’t turn it on for a whole year. A year? Maybe even a year and a half? Since sometime in late 2024? It’s not that I chose not to turn it on—I couldn’t. That thought kept coming to me, “Even if I turn it on, nothing will come out” or maybe, “Even if I turn it on, I won’t get anywhere close to what I want”. My interest just… how should I say it… completely dropped. So I couldn’t turn it on. I was scared—scared that I’d have to face that feeling again. So I kept my distance from it. 🐨: But this time, starting in Korea and then going on tour, meeting TEUMEs a lot as we move through 2025 and into 2026, without even realizing it, I felt refreshed. Like I’d been aired out and I thought, “Huh? should I try again?”, “I kind of want to do it again”. “I want to go back to when I really enjoyed this”. “I want to try again—the thing I loved back then. So I finally made up my mind and turned it on. and when I did… it had been so long that I got chills. I’d forgotten everything—the details, the keys, everything. “How did I even do this before?”, “What values did I use?” I’d forgotten it all. 🐨: I completely panicked. I thought, “Oh… is this how it ends?”, “Is this how I lose the thing I love?” I was honestly really scared. And then another thought came to me “turn a crisis into an opportunity”. Maybe this is a chance for me to find something else I love. Maybe I should let it go. I was almost halfway in a state of giving up. But somehow, my body followed through anyway. My hands kept moving—on their own. Somehow, I knew what to do, how to do it. and naturally, without stopping, the flow didn’t break. So maybe I want to stay with music for a really long time in my life. And I think this process of slowing myself down a bit was part of that. Looking back now, the pace had been way too fast, and I couldn’t control myself. I’d pushed myself to the limit of what I could create, and after that, there was nothing left. 🐨: At that point, I was kind of cruel to myself. I blamed myself for everything… It’s a really bad habit, I think, but it just happens reflexively. So I was really hard on myself. That’s when I realized I needed to take a step back, give myself some distance, and look at things over a longer period of time. Yeah… if you just move at your own pace—not faster, not slower—you can do something for a long time. So I think if you want to spend your life with something you really love—whatever it is—you can’t go too fast. If your passion just burns up too quickly, it can cause problems. That’s why pacing yourself matters. If you manage your pace, you can live your life alongside the things you love for a long, long time. I really felt it this time. And because of that, I was so happy. Being able to do what I love again brought back so many memories, and it felt like I’d returned to those days when I used to enjoy it so purely. That made me incredibly happy.

✨ has now gone from $0 to $1 million ARR in just 17 days! 💸 Revenue update: $87,000 MRR (which is $1M ARR) My first project ever to go up this fast 🤯 Only 3 ads left now: 📊 Stats update: 320,000 people have now flown in the game Whether the MRR is truly sustainable for a year we can only guess, but they ARE subscriptions and they do renew so as long as the game keeps improving it might happen? 🛸 Since I kept getting hacked by UFO invaders, I decide to sell the UFOs, and coincidentally new sponsor Basecamp wanted an UFO as the origin of 37 Signals (their original company name) comes from the 37 radio signals detected from space to detect extraterrestrial life, so I built them a custom UFO with their original snow globe logo on top which you can see flying around below And I have one new sponsor that sells Ozempic so got the text on the blimp "are you as big as a blimp? lose weight at 😂 I was ski'ing today so was AFK mostly but I did: ✅ Fix more XSS issues, which to be fair unless you explicitly ask it to find every single XSS loophole, AI doesn't really care about when it writes code, so you really gotta ask it to extra check your code cause honestly it can be full of security holes One unlucky (or lucky) thing is that this project took off completely unpredicted and it happened just when I was on travel with gf to France and Switzerland. I didn't wanna lock myself up in a room all day computering so I actually spend most of the days just doing fun stuff with her (as I should) and then in the evening when I got an hour (like now), scrambling and quickly getting things done That would never be possible if I coded it without AI though, it would simply take too much time. Without AI it would have taken me 10-100x more time and I would have simply not been able to build this and maintain it at the same speed AI really is a creativity and speed maximizer for me, making me just way more creative and more fast I still mostly use Cursor + Anthropic Claude 3.5 and trying 3.7 too now! I'm excited to get more time in the next few days so I can really add some new things, one thing I want is to put a big 3d leaderboard INSIDE the game with the scores on it for example

Max very eloquently describes the ambiguous intangibles that come from learning a fighting game you care about. These hit even closer to home on fighting games you end up liking more than expected. Imagine, if you will, the 1st time you booted up your favorite fighting game ; ------------------------------ The publisher and dev logos show up, maybe a dope trailer to intro the first time you turn the game on, then the title screen with a "PRESS ANY BUTTON TO START" or something like that. You find your way to a story mode or arcade mode and are filled with excitement on where this journey will take you. No matter what path you take you know that you signed up for an experience where you get to control and basically BECOME a character that kicks ass. Maybe after a while you decide to jump into training mode and start labbing, "I should really figure out a combo or two" because you don't want to mash forever. And then finally, you jump online. After grinding games for what felt like just a few minutes, you realize hours have passed, you're addicted. The grind only goes on harder and maybe you even find out about locals or tournaments in your area. Perhaps you even discover MAJORS - basically tournaments so large in scale that people from all over the world attend. Your competitive drive is at an all time high and then, suddenly, you hit it. The Wall - coined by Brian_F Now every game you lose, every local player that edges the win over you, ever single mistake just feels so heavy... It's because you are stuck. You are not growing. You are stagnating. And it sucks. It really sucks. I coach a lot of students and it's one of the hardest things to explain to someone "You're doing everything right, you just have to do it a - a bit quicker - a bit more confidently - with intent These are the intangibles, the hardest things to teach but the things that become so critical at the highest level, where inches become miles in terms of player skill. It gets so frustrating too because by this point, it's so tough to have fun when you just keep losing. You can't go back to day 1, at least not physically. Knowledge is a burden – once taken up, it can never be discarded - Stephen Lawhead Awareness is step one though and although it can feel incredibly suffocating, once you push through your plateau in fighting games you truly unlock a part of yourself that feels untouchably satisfied with all levels of play.

5 startup ideas I’d build in my 20s with less than $500 (and one BONUS idea) 1/ "first job rejection tracker dot com." like Levels dot fyi but for college grads. log apps, track ghosting, get interview insights. build salary transparency for people early in their careers. upsell career coaching, CV reviews, warm intros to hiring managers etc 2/ "take your headphones off dot com" - paid community for people addicted to tech/screens...daily “get offline” reminders, weekly IRL meetups, accountability groups, digital detox challenges 3/ "creator-in-residence agency dot com" - match brands that suck at social with micro-creators who need stable income take 20% of the contract. Only need Airtable, DMs, Zoom to start (no app/coding required) 4/ "$2K vibe coding agency dot com" - from idea to working MVP in 14 days. you build using ChatGPT, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor with a flat $2K price. ship fast, showcase results, get referrals and learn what you can productize to turn into microsass (the real opportunity) 5/ "hook line dot studio" - paste your video idea, get 10 TikTok hooks back in 30 seconds. simple text box → GPT prompt → list of hooks. free version, upsell $9/mo for unlimited screen record it, post “steal these hooks,” go viral bonus (do your own legal homework im not sure about it but would be cool idea): 6/ "Polymarket for college" (a less serious polymarket but for 18-24 year olds) students put money (crypto?) on who makes dean’s list, who breaks up, who drops out could be a little more fun then predicting when Jerome Powell is out of a job. 5% rake, expand when the model works may your creative juices get flowing happy building.

Seedance 2.5 just got an upgrade with 1080p only on Higgsfield... you can now ONE SHOT commercials like this here's exactly how to do it (with a gift at then end): 1/ write the prompt as a timestamped breakdown > split the spot second by second > put the exact dialogue inside each window in quotes, the model speaks it word for word with lip sync > match the generation length to your timestamps, a 21 second script generated at 15 compresses and the delivery desyncs 2/ composition is named - never hoped for > name the camera: "handheld front camera, chest-up framing, natural micro shakes" for UGC, "35mm, slow push-in, product centered" for a produced spot > name the light: "golden hour through the windshield" or "ring light with slight reflections in the eyes" > name the grade: "high contrast, cool tones, warm skin" > whatever you leave unstated gets invented and locked for the whole clip 3/ characters hold when you anchor them > generate a first frame image before any video: real skin texture, visible pores, one fixed imperfection like freckles so drift becomes instantly visible > feed it in as the reference and open every prompt with "the same person as the reference, identical face, hair and outfit" > the @ system locks it harder: @.character for the face, @.style for the look, @.audio for the voice > then write the micro behaviors: a glance away and back, a pre-line breath, fingers adjusting grip... small involuntary movement is what reads human, and you get it by naming it 4/ sound is written - not defaulted > end every prompt with an audio block: "clear phone-mic voice with light room tone" for UGC, "clean studio voice, no echo" for a produced spot > name the music under the dialogue: "soft upbeat synth instrumental running quietly underneath" > one delivery word for the read: "delivery: fed up" produces a performance, an adjective stack produces nothing 5/ sharp text is quoted text > write the exact label or on-screen text in quotes with its style > unquoted text gets invented typography that garbles between frames > print brand names big, a bold label survives every shot while a small tag melts 6/ the consistency laws > repeat the product description verbatim in every prompt, faces anchor but products drift > count objects scene-wide: "exactly one bottle in the entire scene, no duplicate on any surface" > close the wardrobe: "small gold studs, no other jewellery, no rings, no watch" > every state change happens across a cut: the swatch on her hand in shot one, blended in shot two, no clip contains the transition... the viewer's brain supplies it and the shortcut for UGC: take an ad that already converted, ask gemini for a 1:1 timestamped breakdown of everything on screen, swap in your product and script -> that breakdown is your prompt set 9:16 for shortform, 16:9 for the spot, generate straight at 1080p and ship RT + reply to this post and i'll send you my full guide to make your own creatives
