Unfortunately, this issue has become pervasive in New York City. Many of these individuals are junkies hooked on meth or fentanyl. Most of them have mental-health issues.

Good GRIEF! If they have been using meth, there is little doubt that they are going to be acting crazy.

This problem has become serious on the UWS. Dude here was definitely on something. Reminiscent of the neighborhood's scary old days in the 1980s.

This is one thing that people don't want to find in an ATM lobby.

This is the humane solution brought to you by the democrats

If it were an injured or sick dog, there would be a crowd of people around. Zero apathy.

That is 115th street for you. It is getting worse every day

He's a pothead just one step above being passed out on the street himself

Have the homeless Non Profit fraudsters come by yet? To drop off a bottle of water next to the lifeless body and quickly scurry away? That’s what 10s of billions of homeless tax dollars has got NYC taxpayers

He’s in his happy place. Last thing he wants is to be woken up or narcan’d

New Yorkers use to swing dead bodies these days.

We New Yorkers are used to this. Bums and drug addicts everywhere. People don’t care if the city allows this bs! Only Rudy Giuliani cleaned up our streets. Bloomberg kept it going.

I have noticed an increase of these cases all over Manhattan. More to come! It is sad. The decline of a society is as vivid as it gets.

That's my uncle Pete we left him long time ago

Where is that ? Ward’s island? 🏝️

shih

Demonic, bleak city

Harlem - the forgotten nyc

That's actually a peaceful steet scene for NYC. But at least the narrator cares. It seems like not 1 person cares in New York

This is so true

Hum. What street is this? The one that never disappoints? Lol.

But he's not 🤣🤣

Yes, the nigga could be dead.
