Self Defense, what is the dude supposed to run backwards and shoot while running? No, even after dude was warned he still attempted incite bodily harm.

Self defense ends where pursuit begins. Anything beyond that ! That’s crossing the line.

Without seeing what led up to pulling the firearm it’s unclear. If the man with the gun was the initial aggressor he is guilty of attempted murder. If tough guy was the initial aggressor then it’s self defense all day, every day.
