I know reading is tough. So I'll help you out here. A legitimate self defense claim by court standard requires 2 things. Where she gets cooked is the use of deadly force part. See, the use of deadly force is justified when deemed necessary to prevent immediate threats of death, serious bodily harm, or to stop a forcible felony. You may want to get the money on that law degree back. So, yeah, unfortunately here, the we black so we justified defense probably wont play that well in court.
