@IretiKingibe come listen to what an actually sensible woman should say. You rode the LP wave into the senate & doing the barest minimum! This is not why you were elected ma! You should truly be very ashamed for that outing yesterday!!!

God bless this Ireti, not the other Ireti that rode on the populism of the obedience movement to the Senate. She's not your daughter, she's your colleague!

It is disgusting when @IretiKingibe kept referring to @NatashaAkpoti as her daughter. Excuse you ma! She's not your daughter, but your fellow colleague in the Senate. I need to remind you again, you are going to be a one term senator. Bear that in mind.

Thank you Ireti Bakare for sharing your own perspective on this matter. You spoke unbiased and shed way more light on such a critical issue. Natasha has truly gone through her own personal journey of pains, tears and sacrifice to get to where she. Thanks for calling this out

Women, avoid them like the plague. Just imagine what this woman is saying because of a mere accusation without facts or proof.

Exactly!!! Sen. Kingibe is a very big let down. It's shocking that a woman of her status is playing down such serious issue as sexual harassment. From her reaction and views it is obvious that she doesn't care . I am so disappointed that she actually emerged through LP.

@IretiKingibe is the worst female senator in the history of Nigeria. All the labour party elected law makers are useless. The only woman we think is rational proved to us that she is as useless as her male counterparts.

SENATOR AKPOTI-UDUAGHAN CLASHES WITH SENATOR ZAM OVER COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP Another drama in the Senate with Kogi Central senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, at the centre of it. This time, the conflict is between her and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Senator Titus Zam, over her alleged exclusion from the Senate Committee. The Senate Committee had just ended its meeting, scheduled for Monday, when Akpoti-Uduaghan, accompanied by some of her legislative and security aides, stormed the office of the chairman to explain why she was not a member of the committee. Zam’s security details and legislative aides quickly prevented her from getting into their principal’s office, sensing the move to stop her from advancing any further. Akpoti-Uduaghan threatened to go live on her social media platforms. HER threat didn’t sit well with Zam’s aides, causing a direct confrontation between them and Akpoti-Uduaghan’s security aides, with a few slaps here and there. Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan then quickly grabs a seat, blocking the entrance door to the office of Senator Zam and preventing anyone from going in to meet the senator. who, all the while, was inside. It took the intervention of Senator Niyi Adegbonmire, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters, to calm frayed nerves, prevail on Akpoti-Uduaghan to leave Zam’s office, and restore normalcy. Findings by Arise News revealed that membership of the Senate Committee is selected from across the country’s six geopolitical zones and that only two senators are selected from each state.
