I find it kind of ironic that Rick Scott is warning “socialists and communists” not to come to Florida. Rick Scott was literally pressured to resign as chief executive of Columbia/HCA in 1997 because during his time as CEO, the company defrauded Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs. Rick Scott ran a company that literally defrauded the programs that many Republicans consider “socialism.” He claims not to like big government but his company literally defrauded big government. How can Republicans support this guy?
