As Georgia voters head to the polls for statewide runoff elections on Tuesday, Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) argued that the Supreme Court’s Voting Rights Act decision has enabled politicians to redraw districts in ways that allow them to "pick their voters rather than the voters picking" their representatives. "The Supreme Court did a lot of damage to our electoral system," Warnock told CBS News' Major Garrett. He later added, “The Supreme Court is moving us backwards. They are enabling Donald Trump and his partners in Congress to diminish the voices of the people who I think are well poised to hold them accountable.”
