It’s hard when most people are cowards & will accept slavery instead of fighting back , yet these people we need to fight are bigger cowards relying on our cowardness

He’s wrong in calling it the “Freedom of Information Act” request. That only applies to federal government entities. Don’t give your local government toadies an excuse to ignore your request. You need to look up your specific state’s Sunshine or Open Records Act statutes and reference it in your letter. In Georgia, it’s called the Georgia Open Records Act or G.O.R.A. request as described in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (OCGA) Title 50, Chapter 18, Article 4 (Inspection of Public Records), beginning at § 50-18-70 et seq. • Title 50 — State Government • Chapter 18 — State Printing and Documents • Article 4 — Inspection of Public Records The article is commonly called the Open Records Act (or Open Records Law), though that name is not official. The core provisions start at § 50-18-70 (legislative intent and definitions) and continue through subsequent sections covering access, timing, fees, exemptions, and enforcement. When you are researching your specific state’s Sunshine statute pay close attention to the requirements of a citizens request. Some counties, cities, etc. may try to force you to submit an online request form or some other sort of untraceable form which will get “lost” if it’s convenient. Some states allow for that and some don’t. Georgia’s statutes give a registered mailed in request teeth if the responding government entity fails to respond or takes to long to answer. Check your state’s law to see if you could be a winner of a cash prize😂. I’ve had the last laugh on multiple smart assed town and county clerks that way.

Save your money. Giving them your money to read what they say just equals you with less money. Starve the system. They will crash it with their glut or go back to a reasonable size.

Thank you sharing!

It’s also a federal crime to rape teenage girls on an island. Do you think the FBI cares?

I don’t have money to just willy-nilly Sue the government and anyone. That’s why they commit these crimes they know that

Thank you for the information and good luck to you my friend.

Much of the info in mine would be unfortunately correct. No one to sue but myself and I'm broke.

They make you send a form to each entity individually
