That documentary was triggering. Losing a parent/best friend is not easy. Especially watching them pass away right in front of your eyes. People say I am handling it well but to be honest I don't have a choice because if it was up to me I would be stuck in bed.

This is so relatable. Life does not stop after a loss. It’s so many moments I wish my mom was still around for. It’s moments I don’t think I’m ready or able to have bc she’s not here.

When I lost my Mom 4 years ago, I felt so lost and I was in my 40s. I can't imagine going through that at a younger age, especially me as an only child. My Mom was my biggest cheerleader and supporter. Without her I just lost interest in a lot but had to keep pushing.
