SEPTA is not an after school club… it’s a lifeline for people to get to work It’s just sad that elected officials have to make themselves “less than” or small when they take public transit. Additionally, CM Bass has not supported density around SEPTA stations in her District… which goes AGAINST supporting SEPTA. If elected officials say they support SEPTA… then they HAVE to support density around the stations and transit corridors to continue to increase ridership and utilization of the system. Glad that CM Bass supports getting SEPTA funded but maybe ride it on a more frequent basis to see what your constituents and riders deal with day in and day out. Ride the ride. Fund SEPTA.
