A buddy of mine lives in Kiev. He shared several 'clips" he took with his phone that showed places the media was saying were under heavy attack outside the city and buildings had been destroyed. Only problem? When he walked to the street where the media said it was "total destruction" the buildings were perfectly fine. People were out and walking down the street as if they hadn't a care in the world. I knew early on the war was being brought to us by "hollywood".

I'm confused why are both sides pretending to be in a war. Why are thousands of journalists and millions of people pretending there's a war going on in Ukraine.... can you explain the logic behind this fantasy of yours?

I've been in war zones and this whole Ukraine thing has more runway models, VIP guest walk-ons, celebrity performances, clothing & costumes flashy enough to be seen from space, selfies, and flash bulbs popping than an episode of Ru Paul's Drag Race. I stopped tuning in long ago.
