"If you're a criminal, you'll be deported. If you plan on entering illegally, your chances of getting caught and sent back just went up". If Trump was doing that, great. But they are deporting non-criminals and people who entered LEGALLY. They are deporting people at their lawful checkins & citizenship meetings. They revoked a policy where they can now perform raids/arrests in public places of sensitive locations like churches, schools, hospitals, etc. They are deporting citizen children with their parent w no choice to leave them with family or friends. They are using kids as bait: they'll arrest/detain their parents on the street or at a lawful checkin and when their family comes to get them they arrest them as well. They are also not giving them due process, which is due under the constitution to any person on US soil. Because they're not giving due process they are detaining US citizens as well. They are deporting people, without due process, to prisons in countries that aren't even their home country.
