So I train 5-7 times a week. I don’t particularly have rest days because I rest during the day and train for 45 minutes in the evening. Here’s my training split : 1.Monday - Back and Shoulder + Abs 2.Tuesday - Quads (Isolation movements) + calves 3.Wednesday - Chest and Shoulder + Abs 4.Thursday - Glutes 5.Friday - Quads(Compound movements) + calves 6.Saturday - Arms + Abs 7.Sunday - Hamstring + calves I do cardio regularly,mostly 4-5 times a week,20-30 minutes.

Every weekend on earth started here. 🇬🇧 In the factory towns of Victorian England. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 In the early 1800s there was no weekend. Six days a week. From first light to last. Sunday the only day off and even that wasn't guaranteed. So British workers invented their own. They called it Saint Monday. If you'd worked hard enough by Saturday night, you simply didn't come in on Monday. Music halls opened Monday afternoons to catch them. Factory owners could not stop it. In 1842 a campaign group called the Early Closing Association made a deal. Give us Saturday afternoons. We'll give up Monday. It took fifty years. But slowly, across the manufacturing towns of England, Saturday afternoons began to free up. Then football arrived. The Football Craze of the 1890s needed a time to play. Saturday afternoon was right there. ⚽ But it was still only half a day. I have never in my ENTIRE LIFE known a better schedule than this for people with very busy weeks/long commutes to work that still allows them to hit the gym 4x per week: Saturday - Upper Sunday - Lower Monday - OFF Tuesday - Upper Wednesday - Lower Thursday - OFF Friday - OFF You can toggle Wednesday’s Lower to Thursday if that works better for you btw You can also do a little more volume on the weekend days than you do during the weekdays and still have no issues as far as recovery goes
