Several states are proposing legislation to ban “chemtrail.” The only problem? Chemtrails don’t exist. They’re a conspiracy peddled by those with fringe/extreme viewpoints:

What will these dopes when they pass their chemtrail bans and the contrails are still there? Will they try to ban airlines?

Some of this could be a misunderstanding of permitted weather modification projects. As you can see this is where permits are applied for and the rules and laws surrounding it.
