New tuberculosis vaccines for adolescents and adults are within reach - 18 candidates are in development and 6 in Phase 3 trials. Urgent action is needed to sustain these gains, and to ensure equitable and sustainable access to these new TB vaccines when they become available.

TB treatment takes time, patience, and consistency. Stopping early, no matter how good one feels can allow the infection to come back, even stronger. Seeing the treatment through to the end by completing the full 6 months of medication is the only way to defeat TB for good. #TogetherAgainstTB #TBMuktBharat #EndTB #FightTB
