This indie dev is making a stealth action game inspired by Splinter Cell. If Ubisoft won't make a new one after 13 years, then indies will! - Visuals inspired by classic PS2-era games - Stay in the shadows - Sound matters It's called Lizard State. Would you play this?

Vampire Rain (2007) Gained a reputation as one of the worst and most frustrating games for the Xbox 360. It tried to copy Splinter Cell but failed with unfair instant death stealth, broken AI and frustrating combat.

AAA is struggling. Studios closing. Teams shrinking. Budgets exploding. Meanwhile, indie devs are wearing every hat and building the games we want to play. Small teams. Big ideas. Creative freedom. It’s a damn good time to be indie. Riftwalker

When John Ricchio (Producer on GTA 5 & RDR1) would interview devs to work at Rockstar he would warn people that " Rockstar is run by crazy people but you get to work on the best games in the world, that is the exchange." At least devs knew what they were getting into lol.

Indie Devs can take a simple premise and ELEVATE it by adding ARTISTIC and CHARMING elements that REWARD the player. Triple A Devs NEED to try HARDER.

🚨 NOW: Sec. Marco Rubio says it PERFECTLY "It's a country run by radical clerics! [...] Iran is a rich country. Iran can be the RICHEST country in the Middle East if they want it to be! But instead, they take their money and they use it and they give it to Hezbollah, they give it to Hamas, they give it to the Houthis, they give it to Shia militias, they give it to sponsored terrorism all over the world, they give it to try to kill people all over the world, they build drones and missiles and pursue a nuclear weapons program." "THAT'S what they spent their money on. If they had spent their money on their people and on their economy, today, Iran could be probably the RICHEST country in the region if you want to know the truth." 🇺🇸🇮🇷

Kevin: ''Steve [Jobs], by the way, not a nice guy. He would say to a room full of people. ‘Kevin, I don’t give a s*it what the students want, or the parents think…is what I want, they don’t know what they want until I tell them what they want.'''

This SFW variation of Rock Paper Scissors is by far the most INTENSE and CHARMING game I played in a while. Triple A Devs have struggled to make winning games feel important since the early days of multiplayer. However Indie devs can make the simplest games have VALUE.

Indie Devs create some of the most UNIQUE and CHARMING games. This APPEALING android has a human heart, and you can control how fast or slow it beats. This is the INNOVATION that Triple A Devs will NEVER be able to copy.

Once you realize what is happening this game takes on a WHOLE NEW light. Indie Devs are truly the ONLY thing saving the gaming industry right now by creating NEW and FUN games at a way faster rate than Triple A Devs.
