Shadow of Rome | PlayStation 2 - 2005

Capcom really dropped a game where you could chop off a gladiator’s arm and beat him with it, then switch to stealth stealth-ing through Rome as Octavian 🏛️⚔️ Absolute PS2 classic!

spooky seeing this game knowing it was the precursor to dead rising. I can literally see the very bones of frank fighting a pyscho here from the attack animations to standing back up. only thing missing is the player holding his camera and taking photos.

I should try that retroachievements set again...

Excellent game 👏

Capcom really dropped a game where Agrippa could sever an opponent's arm and use it as a weapon, all while playing to the Coliseum crowd for hype 🏛️⚔️ Pure 2000s gaming magic!
