Bro, Wealth isn’t just about earning. It’s about keeping. My brother always said the system rewards those who understand it, not those who simply play by the rules. Learn to protect what’s yours. Don’t apologize for maximizing your position. It’s not greed, it’s strategy. Find legal loopholes. Hire smart people. And remember, nobody ever got rich playing fair.

❌Technically you can not pay a salary to someone who does not perform work, just for the purposes of avoiding taxes.

He still definitely pays taxes. The taxes are just split differently for a business like a C-Corp, LLC or S-Corp. So there are exceptions and different limits for taxes than you can claim. You can write off more things, etc. 100% paying taxes still. But still a smart move

having said that, his parents are still paying taxes on their income. So the marginal tax rate is probably lower than if Shaq took that money has his own income given his high own high salary as an athlete, but its not like nobody is paying taxes.

The funniest thing is a 7'1" giant being this meticulously smart with his taxes. 😂 Shaq really said: "I’m too big for the IRS to miss, so I better be too smart for them to catch." Legend behavior! 💀📈

Visibility doesn’t equal freedom. A king still answers to rules, a prince simply ignores them. The cost of that difference is always calculated later.

The Powerful Tax Advantages of an S-Corp Don't hate the player—hate the game. One thing is certain: every tax-paying citizen should explore every legal avenue available to minimize their tax liability. Our government has not proven to be a responsible steward of our money.

Actually, every American is allowed to gift (give money that cannot be taxed) to other people. Your “give away” limit is about $12Million (ask Grok). Having said that, having your family as employees sounds like a good idea. Run it through a couple of CPAs to see what they think.
