Question, if I make a face rig with this addon, then send my blend file to someone who does not have the addon, would the rig still work?

Unfortunately no, the rig uses code from the addon to change the expressions because that's how I'm able to keyframe the shape keys directly. I posted a tutorial showing the method of setting up the rig and that would work for anyone, but the animation would be more limited
