He's correct. The proof is everywhere. When women have leverage, they reveal themselves as tyrants. That's why they always accuse men of being tyrants, because they are projecting.

Regarding leadership, he’s absolutely right. Even when the woman is the boss babe CEO, she is always following either some guidance, mentorship or constitution of others. Only men dare to actually step into uncharted waters, and lead where no man has been before.

I don’t think a little kid should be giving advice on anything.

I have employed 1000’s of people and that required management. Mid management - supervising pods of 6 - 30 is the sweet spot. C-Level - it’s usually not great. Always HR. But I know some razor sharp lawyers and doctors.

I'm currently watching a company be driven into the dirt by people who don't know how to manage a fucking hvac company. We tell them reasonable solutions, they say no and do arguably the worst thing

Here are simple rules: 1. Ignore idiots 2. Ignore advice from young idiots 3. Don't take idiots seriously 4. Don't allow idiots to toxify your thinking 5. Avoid idiots altogether

I started a business with one. 6 months she ran it into the ground. employees left, bank account negative. I had to be there every single day and rehire employees, get the company back in financial health. she started going on power trips and i had to shut it down and walk away

Women will make a few dollars and start thinking they are pimps

Women accel at microcosmic relationships, which is why they are usually the primary child rearer and do well in one on one and small group interactions. Women are also more emotional so do better with emotional related jobs. Being CEO means making decisions that don’t feel good and avoid pettiness, which is tough for most women. Always exceptions to this, but there will never be equal number of CEO/ big leaders men to women for this reason.
