On 20th May around 5:30 PM, I witnessed a serious and dangerous traffic violation on the Nashik–Pune MH48 highway. A driver was coming from the wrong... side in the fast lane while I was driving at about 60–70 km/h. I had to suddenly control my car to avoid collision, and cars behind me were also in danger of crashing. Shockingly, instead of realizing his mistake, the driver signaled me to give him way, behaving as if he owned the road. His reckless actions could have led to a major accident or even fatalities. In my opinion, this is not just negligence it is a crime. If even one person had failed to react quickly, it could have resulted in a major accident. I believe this story deserves more attention, and I would be grateful if you could cover it in one of your awareness videos. These situations are becoming far too common, and we need public pressure to ensure strict penalties such as lifetime license cancellation and heavy fines for such dangerous driving. #driveresponsiblyshow more

Yesterday evening, while chasing in eastern Oklahoma, we came across a pretty serious situation on a back road near Stratford. Initially, as I approached, I saw a woman get out of the passenger side of a minivan and flip the driver off. I figured the issue would resolve itself until I continued driving and saw in my rearview mirror the driver of the minivan turn around, get out of his vehicle, and charge at the lady. I was picked up in Johannesburg and noticed while we were travelling on the N1 towards Randburg that the driver appeared extremely tired. The dangerous overtake by Toyota Innova car, reg No MH-04-DB-3969 could have resulted in Head to Head collision and very dangerous accident. The car had an accident and ran away. The driver didn’t have any courtesy to see what happened to the other vehicle nor to say sorry for his crime. in this video, the Hyundai car is moving in his lane with a moderate speed of 80kmph. The driver is driving in his lane. The traffic on the other side is also at moderate speed. And there is no space for overtake for any vehicle coming from the opposite side. Despite this stringent situation, a WagonR made an overtake and that was close. The ongoing Hyundai car made a bit of left squeeze to give more space to the coming Wagon R to shift to its lane without collision. and everything was all fine, The real danger starts now… at the back side, quite at distance, one innova car MH-04-DB-3969 driving with very high speed and making overtake of 2 trucks can be seen in the video, which can result in head to head collision to this Hyundai car. This morning, before 6am, I got a harsh reminder that you can do everything right on the road and still end up in trouble because of someone else’s mistake. A friend was driving me to work. We were in traffic between Neoplan and the Achimota overhead, moving slowly like everyone else. Behind us was a truck loaded with sacks of cabbage and a red car. I was seated at the back when all I heard was a loud bang. The impact hit directly from behind, and because I was seated at the back, I felt it instantly in my back. Hours later, I’m still dealing with back and leg pains. The rear bumper of the car is damaged and will need repairs. In that moment, I was so shaken that I couldn’t even focus on whatever explanation the truck driver was giving. One minute you’re in traffic minding your business, the next minute you’re standing in the middle of the road surrounded by vehicles, people staring, and trying to process what just happened. The irony of driving in Accra is that sometimes your safety depends not on how carefully YOU drive, but on whether the person behind you is paying attention. Today it was a damaged bumper, pain, and a frightening experience. It could have been much worse. I’m grateful it wasn’t. But honestly, hmmm. You follow the rules, stay in your lane, obey traffic regulations, and someone else’s recklessness still finds a way to become your problem

Did you just see it too? The car in question just vanished. There were reports from other drivers that claim the same thing at this intersection. They all saw a car driving on the road and all of a sudden it wasn’t there anymore. The car in question reminds me of a 1950’s Belair, it looks so out of place for today’s day and age. I do see some of them on the road every once in a while and that’s why they stick out to me so much. I’m not saying this is a haunted road or this is even paranormal, however I have heard of these residual style occurrences happening. If that was the case maybe this was where the original owner had an accident and it plays out over and over throughout the years at random. Have you ever seen anything like this before? What would you do if you saw this? I think I would keep coming back so I can see it again, events like this fascinate me.

Here's what happened. I was driving from Hoskote to my office in Mahadevapura, Bangalore. Just before the Hoskote toll, there is a speed breaker right after the flyover ends. I was driving at a reasonable speed and started slowing down as I approached the speed breaker. I t was raining a bit that day. I checked my rear-view mirror while braking and noticed a vehicle coming at high speed. It looked like the driver had lost control. I barely had a second to react. I thought of accelerating to avoid the impact, but there was a Tata Altroz right in front of me, so I had no room to move. Within moments, a Tata Intra crashed into the rear of my Kushaq with tremendous force, pushing my car into the Altroz ahead. Thankfully, I escaped without any injuries. This incident really proved the solid build quality of the Kushaq. I immediately stopped the driver of the Intra. He admitted that he wasn't paying attention and said that even after applying the brakes, the vehicle didn't stop in time. However, after reviewing the dashcam footage, it was clear that he had enough distance to stop if he had reacted earlier.The Hoskote traffic police arrived after noticing the traffic jam. I showed them the dashcam footage, and they escorted us to the nearby traffic police station. I asked the Tata driver to call the vehicle owner, and after some discussion, they agreed to compensate me directly instead of relying only on the insurance claim. The traffic police were extremely helpful throughout the process. My Skoda service advisor initially estimated the repair cost to be around ₹1 lakh. Based on that, I asked them to pay at least ₹30,000. They initially offered ₹20,000, and we finally settled at ₹25,000. However, after handing over the car to the Skoda body shop, the final repair estimate has gone up to around ₹1.5 lakh.
