She can’t understand because she was robbed of the connection…

It’s just interesting psychologically. She can’t fathom the value because she didn’t have it. Someone with a good father, understands the value well. Someone trying to be a good father, the same. She sees it as an unnecessary add-on and has no clue that she missed out.

I'm 37 I don't no who my dad is.. if I had a dad in my life I no for a fact my life wouldn't of been the way it was through the years.. it hurts and kills me every day bot knowing who it is

When you have a strong, loving mother, a father wouldn’t be the most important thing in your life, but if you have a very unstable mother, which many fatherless children do, it could be a devastating experience! Fathers need to step up! And sadly, many won’t. That is the real issue!

The way a father treats his wife is an example to the children. The girl will understand by example how it is to be treated respectfully, and a boy will understand by example of the father, how to treat his girfriend/wife/partner.

She doesn't know what she doesn't know, and that is ok if a person is open minded and capable of critical thinking. Far too many people like her in this day.. do not posses those tools, and are at a disadvantage in life because of it.

Fathers provide guidance, strength, confidence, wisdom and lesson’s. Mothers provide concern, nurturing, safety, selflessness and love. Guidance isn’t a suitable replacement for concern. Concern isn’t a suitable replacement for guidance. It takes both. I’ve learned that and over time put it into words. @charliekirk11

My one regret is that I couldn’t give my daughter a father. I won’t hear judgement, bringing her into the world is the best thing I have ever done but I worried about no father in her life. I was fortunate and blessed that my own father stepped in quite often and was a strong male presence in her life until we lost him a little over a year ago. My whole family stepped in and helped bring her up, we all support each other. She’s an amazing young women now.

Poor girl. Doesn’t know how a great man can prepare her for the future. She never experienced it. Interestingly, just because you didn’t have a father figure doesn’t mean that it’s an insult to mom.
