Why is everyone blaming the private hostel owners, the state has failed it citizens big time, the state should have made effort to build affordable hotels to compete with the private ones, yet the leaders rather spend money on unnecessary things. This things will continue to happen.

What does a year mean? We have academic year and a calendar year. If your rent if per academic year, after two semesters, your hostel rent is due whereas calendar 📅 year runs from January to December.

I have always wondered why landlords do not make lease agreements available for tenants to sign. maybe be cause they know they will not use it anyway and nothing will happen ?? asem o an agreement will solve this back and forth between both parties
